Update to my previous review. This office has now taken care of 5 of our family members teeth, we are so proud of our smile, 2 are still in braces and their teeth are beautiful as well. Thank you to everyone for being professional and supportive through tough personal times in our family. A place that feels like home..

Scheduling routine dental cleanings has always been easy and convenient. We decided to keep both children with the practice for orthodontics as well, thinking it would simplify appointments. However, we weren't aware that the orthodontist has limited office days and hours, which has made rescheduling appointments more challenging than expected. Had we known this upfront, we may have considered other options. That said, Dr. Wong has been wonderful and we're very happy with the care he provides. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The only concern we've had is that the orthodontic assistant who sees my daughter has made her feel somewhat uncomfortable during the last few visits, possibly due to frustration over recurring broken brackets. Overall, we've had a good experience, and Dr. Wong has been a big reason why we've continued our orthodontic care here.

I wasn't old enough to talk about my experience when it was…read morehappening, but I am reminded of how much trauma he put me through every time I look in the mirror. I saw Dr. Wadden young, I think he put me in my first bar at 7. I had braces for years, they gave me a herbst appliance for 9 months when I was in 5th grade which has left horrible circle bits outlined in my cheeks, and then I had rubber bands so crazy I couldn't open my mouth. I was in 7th grade when I had finally gotten them off, I thought the pain was done. I had moved, and my braces were off I never had to see him again!! (Little did I know he sent a little "fiberotomy" over to my new dentist that cut the fibers around my gums so they wouldn't move back, that dentist had never done one before and said they were abnormal to see done, but my parents waved ahead and that was so entirely painful) That all and all doesn't sound the most horrible, but what I left out was that he also used to hold appointments to lazer my gums without any numbing. I had so many times where they scheduled me in the mornings, alone, before other patients, because I would scream from being in so much pain. Every appointment was painful, truly and utterly painful. My gums were bloody and red after every appointment, sometimes just from molar braces brackets being pushed over and over onto the teeth, then being told to just rinse with salt and water. I was horrified of this man. When I thought I was done I went into another orthodontics office where I moved to get a retainer and the lady CRIED when she saw my mouth. Looking at my history, they were horrified. Back in braces I went because some of my teeth were way up high and the other side was low, for being in braces my whole life and so much pain I shouldn't have had a messed up mouth!!!!! At that time, my parents called Wadden's Orthodontic Office frusterated, and the office settled with them and paid them a grand which went back to braces and said "it's the best they could do". Me personally, between the trauma of those appointments, leading to bad results, it's sparked an entire lifelong battle both in my mouth and mentally, that I will always have to deal with. Do not take your kids here, they can't speak up for themselves. Do not let them take advantage of you, your wallet, or your kid.

Very hard to reschedule and nobody pick up the phone at their office. Doctor not really nice, she's…read morenice before you not sign the agreement documents, after you sign agreement, she treat you differently. Not really friendly and gentle to patient.

Very helpful with insurance matters and scheduling. All the dental assistants have been very nice and mindful of any discomfort. The hygienists are just as good. Very informative and do great job. Dr Vu is great at what he does. All the treatments that have been done and recommended, have been in my best interest. My previous dentist wanted my wisdom pulled but Dr Vu had the keen eye to notice the nerves in my jaw. If i had gotten them removed i could have had permanent nerve damage. That in turn proved everything wrong from my last dentist and just how better Dr Vu is. He works fast and precise. The facility is super clean and looks so new. You can watch TV while getting your teeth done. Once your appointment starts you're in there getting it done. You're not sitting in a chair waiting for them to start. Again this is the best dental office experience ive had. Hope the helps!!!

After being told I needed seven fillings, I specifically asked about the cost. I was told 'not to worry' and that insurance covers partial for white fillings. And I just need to pay my portion $579 After already paying $579 out of pocket, I returned for a cleaning only to be told I owed an additional $620.50. When I questioned this, the staff blamed it on the fact that they never sent a pre-authorization to my insurance because it was the 'end of the year.' Now, I am looking at a total of nearly $1,200 out of pocket for basic dental work even with insurance. If thats how much i have to pay then how much was the total pre insurance? Every visit feels like there is a new 'hidden fee..' the bait and switch. I don't mind paying my fair share, but the lack of honesty and the poor administrative practices here are unacceptable

Dr. wong was very thorough, and explained everything to me and answered every question I had, I could tell from my visit that he had my best interest at heart, where other Dentists/Orthodontists usually insisted on giving me unnecessary visits and expenses...Dr. Wong did none of that... Had we known, we could have made a more informed decision about whether to begin with him or find a provider who could see the treatment through. Communication throughout the process was a significant issue. Information was shared only when we specifically asked, rather than proactively -- even during active treatment. When it came time to transition to another orthodontist, there was minimal support: no detailed handoff notes, no clear explanation of treatment options going forward, and little guidance for continuing care. Taking on a multi-year treatment commitment like braces so close to retirement, without disclosing that timeline or planning for a proper transition, felt like a serious lack of integrity toward patients who were trusting him with ongoing care. I wish I could give zero stars

This took over the double the time originally predicted. Quite ironically, my appointment today was also the one I was latest to. I hope you get better patients than me in the future! But seriously though, I'm grateful for people like Dr. Chou and Yvonne. Aside from just helping me with braces, they've been a constant for me during the pandemic. I'll still be seeing them with my retainers but it's bittersweet to close out this chapter in my life. Hopefully this is the third AND last time I'll need braces!

Good orthodontist but is often hampered by an unreliable front office and inconsistent customer…read moreservice. The person in charge of admin for patient billing, coordination and scheduling is Yvonne. Lately patients have had to put up with missed reminders, delays in scheduling appointments, and unexplained absences from the front desk that leave the customers hanging. On multiple occasions, I've arrived for appointments only to find no one at the front desk for extended periods. Follow-up calls about billing questions have gone unreturned, and I've had to call back several times to get simple issues resolved. When Yvonne is present and engaged, things run more smoothly, but the inconsistency makes it difficult to plan around appointments or trust that administrative matters will be handled properly. Dr. Chou himself is skilled and professional--the clinical care is not the issue here. However, the front office dysfunction significantly impacts the overall patient experience. For an orthodontic practice where patients need regular visits over months or years, reliable administrative support is essential. I hope management addresses these operational issues, as they're undermining what could otherwise be an excellent practice.
