I decided to give him a try and I have been going back ever since. Several dental visits with fillings, caps and preventive care and I can only say good things about Randy. During Covid the office took extensive care of protecting their customers. Randy is personable and a wonderful family man. We often talk about his two sons that I have heard stories about as they have grown into adulthood. He has never tried to upsell me on expensive procedures or unreasonable dental procedures that were not obviously needed. Dr. Lee is a great dentist and I highly recommend him. I waited 40 minutes for the extraction and he cancelled the root canal twice -- once while I was already in his office for the procedure and another time by phone. I went to a different dentist who showed me the exray that indicated no root canal was necessary. Dr. Galang told me the tooth he extracted was loose but he had a very difficult time removing it so I'm skeptical that it was necessary. I made a very poor decision based on the fact that he took my insurance.
