My face after Dr Jacob assistant using nitrogen freeze 3 months ago, she ruined my face

This place is awful, the PA assistant Amy ruin my face!, she over used the nitrogen freeze, left my face worse than I went in, its has been over 4 months and the spots got worse! Terrible office, dr!

Scar 1 month after operation. You can see clear additional scarring from the thick stitches

The acne and scarring only got worse, so we approached Pacific Dermatology Institute to get proper treatment. Under the care and guidance of Dr. Kheradmand she prescribed a course of mediation and blood work over a 8 month period. The results have been amazing. The acne has all cleared up and the scarring has all but disappeared. We just got back from a trip to the UK and one of our friends said "Wow that trip to England has really cleared up your boys complexion." That was not the vacation, but the hard work of Dr. Kheradmand. If you are seeking a Dermatologist in Temecula Valley then look no further. She and her staff have been awesome. 5 stars!!

In the past I would have received a call about the results and to schedule the Mohs procedure. This time I got an email directing me to their webpage for the results. I have called 4 times since and was told that Mohs group has been alerted and that September is filled and I will be called when October bookings open up. Here it is September 23rd and no call. I don't know what's happened to them???

I am very impressed with Dr.Thiele…read more I was recently diagnosed with a Melanoma on my back leg. They then scheduled me to see Dr. Thiele for a pre-op appointment and also to perform the surgery. He had an excellent bedside manner and I felt that he was very thorough and also compassionate and kind. It is not the most pleasant experience to be sitting there while you know that they are cutting your leg open, even if it doesn't hurt. He was very good at talking to me and distracting me during the whole experience. I also liked his Physicians Assistant and the other support staff that worked with me. Melanoma is especially scary since it is so deadly. Having a kind and intelligent doctor really helps. It does seem to be a rare combination, so when you actually witness it first-hand it is truly awesome. :) Also, I might add that so far my incision looks BEAUTIFUL. * one little recommendation for the support staff though. It would be awesome to have some kind of patient education materials to give those being diagnosed with melanoma. This would include diagnosis information as well as surgical after-care instructions.

He didn't even properly remove the small wart growth I had despite his ridiculous arrogance. I can't even give him credit for getting the job done.
