Living at Randolph Village Apartments has become much more pleasant. over the three years I've been here. Ms. Lorena Rodriguez, the current Community Manager, has made and supervised changes and improvements in the complex's infrastructure, maintenance and resident services. Management is now more resident-focused and oriented to problem solving. Rents are competitive with other independent senior living communities. Management and residents now organize new activities which are now attended by more residents. who are generally becoming more sociable after COVID.
The entire complex has just been renovated. All apartments and public spaces are now handicap-accessible for older residents. Some things can still be improved. Fitness equipment and fitness classes could be better. More activities could be provided, perhaps including transport to other local venues than Giant. Old heating and air conditioning units should be replaced; the library should be iupdated . The little-used "business center" should have a printer/copier, and the computer may need updated software. These are fairly minor improvements and are in progress.
The main thing is that residents are treated with respect and their problems taken seriously. read more
