This is a decent lounge. It's fun the food is good enough for a bar/lounge. It's free to get in with great ambiance. The worst thing about this place is the parking. It's a complete nightmare. I went on a live band night and they did a great job so that's how we got to two stars. They advertised complimentary select drinks from 9:30-10:30 on Thursdays (literally on the menu they handed me) but wouldn't honor it and said it was old...don't know why it's still on the menu then. The server came back more when it was time to sign my receipt than she did while we were dining (I hold off on my "additional tip" in case I need anything else while still enjoying my drinks and the band). Obviously frustrated she eventually just took the pen and never came back even though I was still doing hookah and drinking. But perhaps their greatest offense was my food poisoning. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and it was perfectly fine going down but at about 5 a.m. I had ALL the symptoms of food poisoning (won't describe them here but you know what they are). I wasn't a big fan of the food and one reason being usually when you order a chicken breast you expect to get chicken breast instead of chicken thigh. This was my first time at Rande Voo and I'll defiantly be back ! My best friend and I decided to stop in for hookah and a drinks on a Tuesday night. The vibe when we arrived was very chill and relaxed lounge style. We LOVED the DJ!!!!!! He played the best early 90's - 20's music. We vibed out all night long. There weren't many ppl there but we were fine with that. We enjoyed each other's company. The age range was late 20's to early 50s. Our server was okay , i think she tried her best. We ordered two rum punches but we're given plain vodka. The bartender salvaged the drinks by adding mango flavoring which was delicious. We weren't that hungry but wanted to try the Red Snapper. WOW ! My fish was seasoned perfectly !!!! The red sauce was very flavorful and the rice brought the whole dish together . I'll defiantly be back even if it's just to get food to go. If you live in the area don't sleep on this spot. I do believe at the end of the night the owner came up to us and asked us how everything was. I really appreciated that. I had never even heard of this restaurant until I did a search for vegan food on DoorDash last night. Now that I see the pictures on Yelp, it looks like a hookah bar, but there is someone in the kitchen who really knows what they're doing. There were only a few vegan options, but creating a section for Vegan on the menu is a plus! I just checked the menu on their web page and don't even see the Beyond Burger I ordered last night, but it was delicious, and normally I wouldn't even order something I can make at home. It had a great sear on it, and was huge! Of course I ate the pickle spear first, but there was a large pile of sweet potato fries too, and a little cup of ketchup. I ate the burger so fast I don't really remember what was on it, but the DoorDash menu says: "lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, avocado cilantro dressing, with a potato bun". I was really surprised by how good it was, and I've cooked a lot of Beyond Burgers at home (I think the grilled flavor put it over the top - note to self, start grilling Beyond Burgers!). My second entrée was the Spinach Wrap, a spinach tortilla wrapped around "seasoned grilled portobello mushrooms, roasted red pepper corn [mine had yellow bell pepper], black beans and rice, served with a mixed greens salad", like a big burrito of veg goodness! I'm not usually a "wrap" person, but this may have converted me. The salad also had kalamata olives, red onion and little plum tomatoes with a vinaigrette. While the wrap was hot, I saved it and ate it cold today. Delicious! Vegan or not, burger lovers will love the Beyond Burger, and anyone would love the spinach wrap as well.
