I met owners Brian and April last weekend and was invited to check out their cigar lounge Acere- Today was the day. Service was great. Nice selection of my favorite cigars- having skipped lunch, I took them up on the Taco Tuesday special. Also ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken- Joy, who was taking excellent care of me clarified that the romaine is charred as well- "delicious", I said. It was sooo much more than just delicious. Might just be the best Caesar I've had- almost like a Wedge/Caesar hybrid with grilled greens, perfect chicken and an incredible dressing. The chicken taco was fantastic too! Didn't know what to expect as far as food goes, but I'll come back for the menu. Fantastic. I had the jerk chicken wings and fries and the fries were seasoned fries, ok and the jerk wings smelled jerked but didn't taste jerk. It was giving mildly spicy teriyaki. I'll try something else next time but that wasn't it. My friend said the stir fry was ok he got four medium shrimp to a pack of rice. It was ok. Chill laid-back vibes for a Tuesday night. Our first visit during date night on a Saturday. The live band was jamming, the house was packed and we were still able to get seated immediately. There's no cover but be ready to buy a drink or order from menu. We met mature folks who were celebrating birthdays, watching the fight on ESPN, listening to the band, dancing, drinking and having a meal. Of course we all came to enjoy a good cigar. We typically carry our own cigars - Latitude Zero was the stick of choice. Great profile, well balanced, medium to full bodied and about a 45 minute smoke. Paired with the Pinot Noir and just enjoyed the evening. They're open late and have a patio that's heated to go outside for fresh air. Definitely will be back! read more

I was in last night...and your bartenders clearly need more pay because your bartender picks her own prices. Honey Jack Daniels at the bar was $12. Honey Jack Daniels from the waitress was $8.80. The bartender is overcharging and getting a tip on top of her increased price. Had this been the 1st time it happened I would have said OK, she made a mistake but it's not. The markup is intentional and it's a poor way of doing business. People come to have a good stick, a drink and catch some atmosphere not to worry about price gouging from the bartenders. read more

It was my birthday, 10/1, and my daughter and god-son took me to this cigar lounge. Very nice spot, excellent cigar selections and the ambiance was very nice. But the biggest enjoyable surprise was the food and selections. I did not expect the quality of food and the selections they had... not at a cigar bar. My daughter had the elite bowl w/chicken, my godSon had the fried green tomatoes stuffed with seafood (very different) and a seafood pasta bowl - which he did share. I had the lamb lollipop w/rice and peas. Each dish was super excellent and the service was outstanding! Not something you will get from a regular old cigar bar. I finally came in , sat and ate food and enjoyed my cigar. When I first walked in the waitress was sitting down, and I told her this is my first time she was very nice and told me that I can sit anywhere other than a VIP I sat down and was approached from my waitress to get my order. She was very nice and attentive to my needs, I ordered the chicken eggroll. The eggroll on the menu did not look like the eggroll on the menu it look like two but when I got was one, the waitress explained it to me, it is just 1 . you will have to bring your own cigar cutter and your own lighter to enjoy your cigar. service was fast, also the DJ was awesome. My friends ordered wings and didn't like them as they were a bit dry. The drinks were really good, however the music made us sleepy. I'm a 55 year old Young Lady and I visited the establishment on 4/23/2024 and this was my first time. #1 The Bartender gave me and my guest an Exceptional Experience the drinks were Excellent the food was good and just the entire encounter with that part was OUTSTANDING!! #2 The Cleanliness of the entire place was TOP TIER! #3 For a Tuesday the crowd was very nice people very welcoming and just very welcoming #4 The Music kind of put me to sleep but when watching a sports game I didn't want to be falling asleep or the love song music lol but a person can deal with that #4 I noticed that there was another area and I asked about it and the Gentleman that I was told was the manger was a very NON SHOLANT attitude as if I was getting on his nerves with the questions I was asking. Example: "Excuse me I see people going into another part of the bar what's that?" His words to me "That's Invitational ONLY!" I then asked how can you get an Invitation he stated by a Invite only I then stated ok and laugh I was asking because I've been visiting different locations to see where me and my friends would like to get a membership at. But after this experience with the Gentleman I will not be getting a membership here but I will come back in for the additional services I'm not going to spoil it due to one BAD APPLE.
