Shout out to El Jefe Cigars in College Park, Georgia! My friends were visiting from London, and while we were stopping at the cafe next door, we wandered into this shop to buy some cigars as souvenirs of our Atlanta visit. The manager was incredibly nice and gave us a warm welcome. He showed us around and helped us pick out some great cigars. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place - it was very masculine and cool, with great vibes all around. It's definitely a spot I'd love to hang out in next time I'm in town. I stumbled upon this this cigar lounge and I'm happy that I did. The humidor is well maintained and has a nice selection. I was introduced to the ATL cigar brand and now I'm a fan. The lounge has a nice chill vibe to it. The staff is friendly and courteous. The clientele is classy, casual, and mature with a business networking vibe but no "snobbery" that I could detect. Was in town visiting family. We were waiting to have breakfast and found this shop. We stopped in and Cricket, who I believe is the owner was very kind, knowledgeable and patient. Our group a mix of different type of smokers and she identified each type and made great recommendations. Everyone enjoyed their smokes the next day. I parked in the designated spot for the store got out to come in. A lady greeted me by yelling. You can't park here and then said are you gonna come in? I said I was going to, but I don't want to now with that greeting and then she walked up and again really wanted to hammer it home and tell what would be a customer off. She said most people come here to go to the breakfast boys so if you don't wanna come in that's on you. Great attitude, to the lady if you are one of the owners, you're in the wrong business and if you're not, you are messing with the owners money I'm an avid good cigar smoker and would be a repeat customer that will not tolerate that type of service and greeting before I even get in the door. I thought the Coffee and Cigar option was a wonderful way to enjoy the lovely day. Upon entry I tried to make eye contact with the young lady on the phone behind the counter. She saw me, no greeting. Went to the entry door to the humidor. She saw me. Second attempt to make conversation and get entry to the humidor. Absolutely no attempt to secure my business. I was even smiling. There were no other customers. I really don't get it. No need to support a local business that can not even acknowledge a customers. FWIW, I think this is my second 1-Star ever given. read more

Bad Vibes and No Customer Service !!! Before walking in a sign of rules....We walk in even more rules...I made mistake of saying Cigar Bar and got scolded by lady behind counter..WTF?? Do you want customers? Because it was only 1 person in there and he looked like he was on time out.lol.... Then we head inside to look in humidor We get stopped .Telling us to use hand sanitizer first....I let my man go in ..I stay out ...I had a brown bag with my leftovers from next door ..I start calling a Uber to another Cigar Lounge and attempt to open door to tell my man let's go .The lady behind counter yells you can't go in there with food.I say I know that I'm not going in ... just telling him from behind door were leaving..He agrees...it's a total bad vibe and all about rules..She won't ever have to see us again ..We will never come there to the Cigar Bar...yes I said it .lol.. Don't mess up your day..go someplace that makes you feel welcome.This is not that kind of spot..So sad because we always spend over $200 at other Cigar Lounges!!. Afternoon. A friend referred your cigar lounge to me. Recently started coming and I enjoy smoking to El Jefe Cigar Cigar but I must say that your employee Mandy lacks customer service and is extremely rude. I witnessed her tell a regular who asked her nicely if the door could be opened because the lounge was so smoky that his eyes were burning, she got upset and said if he wanted want it open, to go open the door himself. No customer who take the time to come there and spend their money should be treated that way. Very Disrespectful !!!! And to add insult to injury, she was most of sleep the time . Not a good look for El Jefe Cigar Company, I will continue to patronize your lounge but only on the nights Mandy is not there. Because I will not be as patient or nice as other customer was. Great service and great energy, definitely coming back again. My overall experience was wonderful will comeback with friends!

So when you walk in it's dark and we were greeted by 15 gentlemen. We got more customer service from them then the woman behind the register. We were told to use alcohol gel and then we could enter into the walk in humidor that was as dry as a summer day. It also mirrored the cigars. No one came in to assist and/or create the El Jefe Cigar experience. Then as we were leaving out, her way of being was nasty rude and no repor with 1st and last time customers. We shared that it was very warm amd dry in the space. She said oh we good and it's fine cuz it on a timer... then she made jokes about my height and i am sensitive. read more

I really enjoy this cigar lounge. Very laid back and it has a good vibe! It is convenient to good food locations and the airport. Just be mindful on Thursdays, there is a small lady there with a mouth!!!!! Not what you signed up for at a cigar lounge, almost makes me want to leave, but I stick it out because the owners are cool! read more

Had a discussion a few months before it opened with a friend. We said we needed somewhere close to the area and the cigar gods heard us. Small and intimate. The humidor is solid! Musics at the right volume and vibe. I love sitting outside. The only draw back is there no food or alcohol BUT they are super cool with you bringing your own food in. I'll be glad when they get their or food and alcohol. I dont personally drink but just for others info. Still a 5 for me. read more
