First time trying this pizza spot we just happened to see it and decided to go in. It's located in a strip mall, so parking is easy. The atmosphere gives classic old school pizza shop vibes. I ordered a cheesesteak with the regular toppings (mayo, mustard, ketchup) and sweet peppers and pickles on the side. The steak wasn't bad at all. The meat was tender, and everything was fresh. I would've loved a crustier roll and maybe a little more seasoning for extra flavor, but overall it was good. If I'm in the area and want something quick, I'd come back. The prices are reasonable and the food is decent. It's nothing to write home about, but it's pretty good nonetheless. I did a pick up order which took them less than 20 minutes to make. The sauce and cheese on the pizza was very good! The crust was perfectly cooked and crispy so I would probably rate the pizza 4 stars! The sauce on the wings had a weird flavor. I would ask for the sauce on the side should I visit them again. The salad was just thrown together with not once ounce of love and the Italian dressing had a weird taste to it. The customer service was also lacking a bit, but the boy who took my order was very young. I guess he did his best. I'd go back for the pizza ONLY! If there was an option for NEGATIVE stars, I would leave one. We just ordered dinner from there and here is what happened: we ordered two pies and only received one. When we called them back, they said we did not order two. We specifically asked for plates since we are staying in a hotel and also did not receive plates when we called back to complain about the missing order and the missing plates, they offered to replace the order, but we would have to give back the current order, meaning we would have to wait another 45 minutes for our food. When I asked for a breakdown in the price because I didn't know how two items came up to $57 and added them all they still could not explain to me the total cost, blaming me for not being able to add. We recently ordered the double cheesesteak and it's perfect for two people! It's filled to the brim with steak. We got it with American cheese and onions and I thought the ratio of both of those was great. The fries they have are pretty average. We also got the buffalo chicken pizza, which was great! We have been ordering from this spot a couple times already and all those times the food is great! I love love love the garlic knots!! OMG! You need to try them. So garlicky so buttery and pillowy soft. Every time I order takeout I never forget them. They are delicious. For the first time we actually ate inside the dinning area which is pretty nice without all those pizza boxes hahaha. Please stop by if your around that area. Probably our favorite pizza place in the area, though consistency isn't always 100%. Their crust has an excellent texture, their sauce is flavorful, and their cheese is nice and gooey without being too greasy! (It all heats up quite well in a toaster oven too!) Our go-to order is a large pepperoni, though I've heard excellent reviews of the margherita as well. The service is generally pretty fast, but be sure you pick up on time! Cold pizza, missed orders and tonight an uncooked pizza. I ordered at 6:06pm, asked for "well done" in the instructions and it was delivered before 6:30 - I live more than 8 minutes from the location. The cheese fell off each piece and the bottom wasn't cooked. And it cost almost $30 with taxes, fees and tip for a pizza. Just look for a different local joint. read more

You can walk in there at 11.59 am and the pizzas look like they are 2 days old, never hot or even warm, REASON BEING- when the front door is opened , a gush of cold air rushes in and cools and hardens the pizzas because the plastic front where the pizzas are sitting is a foot from the door and the wall allowing all the air to blow all over the pizzas, i stood there and watched 5 ppl walk in in 3 minutes, and the basil on the pizza was blowing around every time the door opened, it needs to be lengthened about a foot to stop the air, i mentioned it to the guy serving and he didnt say a word read more

When I called the pizzeria to speak with someone about it the person who answered was rude. The pizza eventually arrived cold and the driver forgot our soda. Service was quick, food was fresh right out of the oven. I wanted to try the pizza, but didn't have the tummy space for it. So I opted for a cheesesteak and pizza fries. The cheesesteak was decent. The bread was perfectly soft. I'm not a fan of onions, so I have no idea why I requested fried onions and mushrooms in my cheesesteak. Meat is the grinded kind, not sliced ribeye like certain Philadelphia spots. But still pretty good. Was missing something though, and I can't explain what. Just missing the wow factor for me. Good cheesesteak, but I was looking for wow. The pizza fries were kind of a lackluster. In short, not enough of mozzarella. I wouldn't get this again, but the fries themselves were crispy and good. My family has been ordering food from Randazzos for at least 10 years and I can say that I have never had a bad meal from here. They are very quick with in house food and also delivery, just be prepared to be patient during the rush on Friday nights. I enjoyed their steaks. I ordered beef and chicken and of the two, the chicken was by far the best. Their cheesesteaks have lots of flavor throughout and with each bite is an ooze of cheese. I actually had onions, mushrooms and green bell peppers added which was a delight. The bread was a little better than other place but it was much smaller in size for more in price hence four stars. Their thin crust pizza looked and smelled great. Two ladies ordered a slice while I was waiting for my order and my mouth began watering watching them enjoy it. We ordered delivery to a hotel in the area. We had to give turn by turn directions to the delivery driver on the phone because he "doesn't have a GPS." Again, delivery was to a hotel, so we had to google the directions ourselves. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak but received beef- I don't eat beef. I ordered well done pizza, it wasn't well done. I love the lunch specials here at Randazzo's. I usually order the cheesesteak wrap meal which comes with a cheesesteak wrap, fries and a drink. I order my cheesesteak with no lettuce and tomato because lets be real who puts that on a cheesesteak. LOL I like this place but they do need an upgrade on the sitting areas. The TVs are a little on the older side and the tables are kind of old. I did not take a pictures of the sitting area since I was only there to sit while my food was being made but I think they just need a little remodeling because this is a great place to get food but the sitting area can be more welcoming. My fiancé has been coming here for years and she said that the sitting area looks the same since she was little. I love that things don't change but this needs an upgrade. I work in the area, and Randazzo's is one of my favorite places to order from by far. Normally I would have ordered maybe a pizza or something simple. NEVER would I order a PANINI from a pizza place, but for some reason I did, and it was CRAZY delicious. I ordered the New Yorker Panini hold the cheese please! It consisted of sweet tomatoes, lettuce, grilled chicken, and Dijon mustard all grilled inside a a nice crusty bread. It was delicious. The tomatoes were heated thru just enough to cut the acid, and the chicken was juicy and abundant. It all came sprinkled w/ a touch of parsley and Parm with a side of WAFFLE fries. Honestly thrilled to have Randazzo's as an option for delivery. We're deep in Willow Grove, almost in Abington, and for years I was under the impression we were out of their route. A few months we received a flyer. And I won't order anywhere else now! I am addicted to anything and everything eggplant parm that they make. The sandwich is fantastic, and the entree comes with the garlic knots....those garlic knots....I can't even. I mean, I've NEVER liked a garlic knot. They usually don't do it for me. But these? Divine. My husband and I have been sampling here and there...cheese steaks, Stromboli, wings.....we have yet to be disappointed. And the staff is sweet and accommodating.
