Rosario's has been around forever. The Veal Parm was good, 3 nice pieces veal and ziti. Sauce is decent as well. Italian hoagie was good as well. Small joint with a few counter seats, nice staff. read more

Rosario's has been an Oreland fixture for years and has always produced excellent pizzas and subs. They changed ownership a few years ago and have steadily improved on the menu (you must have the Street Tacos) and the interior design. It's super clean with ample seating. The guys are very friendly, provide ample seating, and the food is fantastic!!! read more

We eat here all the time, it's right around the corner from our house. We stumbled on them one night shortly after moving in last fall and have been hooked ever since. Pizza is the best in the area - my parents, friends, anyone that comes over always asks to order again from "that awesome little pizza place." It's affordable, especially with cash, and always quick. The guys are super nice too, always talk to my 5 year old son and usually give him a free juice box. The place is a bit of a dive, but has pretty good thin crust pizza. The staff are friendly and socialize with the customers. I picked up a side of onion rings and a large pie: half cheesesteak, half pepperoni. read more

I've tried nearly 10 different pizza places in the area and Rosario's is definitely the best !

Pizza is great. Their dough is way better than most places, light and airy. The chef salads are also pretty large and can be a meal for me. Service is always great, like a neighborhood pizza place should be. They usually recognize you and greet you by name. I've never ordered the entrees, but the pizza, steaks, and salads are great. read more

Just tried Rosario's Primavera pizza and it was fantastic! I never liked broccoli on pizza before but this broccoli was perfectly cooked. Flavorful thin crust. My wife liked it so much she's planning on getting it again when her friend comes over. Folks behind the counter are always friendly, it has a real family feel to it. I hate to say this but I was extremely disappointed with the pizza I got here. It was the Sicilian special and it tasted funny. The crust in particular had an odd, unpleasant flavor, plus it was too thick. The sauce was no good, and the toppings were not baked in properly. I invited some of my family for lunch today. I decided to go with pizza and hoagies. I happened to read some reviews of Rosario's on line and decided to try them. I am so glad I did. It was the best pizza and hoagies that I've had in ages. They are so much better than the other pizza shops in Flourtown and Oreland. I will be getting my hoagies and pizza from this shop from now on. However, the shop is no very clean looking. I wish they would spruce the place up so it looked more appetizing. How do I say it, oh yes, I know: Rosario's is the bomb! At least three times a week I hop over to get some lunch on my break and after the first few stops I'm treated like family. I walk in, the friendly staff know me and make some of the largest tastiest slices of pizza for only $1.50 each. There are several tables to sit at as well as a small library of lending books to read while you eat. There is parking on the side as well as extra parking on side streets. Rosario's also serves dinners such as Parmesan, pasta, and hoagies though I can not say Ive ever ventured away from the pizza. My friends have however and they sing its praises. I went to Rosario's on 27 October 2018 at around 2030 after my brother and sister in law bet me $100 to eat a slice. They have been telling me for months how terrible the pizza was there and I found it hard to believe that any pizza could be bad. I got my slice brought it home and the pizza actually looked good. At this point I was confident that they would lose their money. I took my my first bite and couldn't get a good taste of it. Took the second bite and I had somewhat of an idea. After the third bite, I couldn't go any further. The pizza was horrible. The pizza was extremely thin and greasy. I could almost see through the dough on the other side. It was so greasy that the entire dough was drenched in grease. Mind you, this was just a plain slice. It felt like I was chewing on a wet blanket. The dough had an odd taste to it. Seems like the oven wasn't clean and the dough tasted like it. I ended up throwing out the pizza. The first time in my life, that I threw out pizza. It was horrible. Service is wonderful. But the pizza is odd. I sincerely thought the dough base and crust had a unique taste and texture. I loved the consistency of the sausage. Different, high quality, and tasty. But the cheese did not blend well. The toppings of mushrooms and peppers were strange in that the tastes didn't mix. The peppers and mushrooms were chunky/sort of wet/lacked freshness.
