Based on this, wife, dog and I made a three hour drive to the tasting room. Once there, staff stated tastings were paused due to permit issues for an indefinite time. Business and Professions Code 17500 prohibits false advertising to induce the public to patron businesses. Common sense and decency prohibits this. Staff offered ten percent off products and a voucher for future tasting visits. Staff stated customers should have called before arriving to confirm the website was accurate and that they had no responsibility. Staff was rude. No apologies just a stoic attitude with flippant responses. I purchased products without a tasting that was promised. Please update your website immediately. General public is being harmed. Incredibly disappointing experience.

She also said that her day would be pretty busy. Woah! Our group was only 4 people. We weren't buggin nor asking too many questions but for some reason we were meant to feel that we were less important than this other group of people coming in. I give it to you, this place has a great selection of amazing and super tasty flavors but the customer service wasn't very welcoming. She did end up asking us to tag along with the group for a tour that's pretty short. She had very little to no conversation with our group though. We did ask her about buying a 3 large bottles of the garlic olive oil but she didn't have it in stock nor would she have it until after she was done helping the group of 7 people. We didn't feel welcomed and we didn't feel like we mattered to her. Regardless we gave in and we bought the smaller bottles. I wouldn't go back. All customers should be treated fairly, whether a large group with reservations or not. Every wine we tried was excellent, but my personal favorite was the Olallieberry wine, the perfect balance of sweetness with just a little tartness.
