We were greeted by a young Asian man who appeared to be the hostess. He reiterated the 20% charge as he escorted us to our seats. Again, we were not concerned. When we requested to keep our tables arranged in a specific way (apart) to accommodate an accessibility (ADA) requirement for two of our family members, the host/server became visibly annoyed and made a rude comment about us being "difficult." (Note: The tables were already apart and he was trying to push them together.) He walked off as if he was annoyed. He then brought over a manager who immediately accused us of having an issue with the 20% gratuity and questioned whether we could read the sign. We were completely baffled by this hostile and condescending reaction. Despite clarifying that the request was solely about physical accommodation and that we had no issue with the bill or tip, the staff, especially the manager, remained dismissive and disrespectful. Refusing to tolerate such humiliation, we walked out and dined at The Crab Boil instead, where the food and service were exceptional. We will not be returning to a business that treats paying customers with such prejudice and disrespect.
