The cuisine is Guatemalan, and I encourage everyone to try it because Mexican, Honduran, Guatemalan, Salvadoran, etc. are all different cuisines and should all be experienced. If that's what you think, I encourage you to go anyway because you will make it work and it will be worth the effort and you will have a new experience.
