The taxes on the item ordered would not be refunded. When pressed she said it was company policy and didn't know more than that! I went to my local Tractor Supply and spoke with Marcus asking why I would not get the full refund. While I was there he had a 40 minute conversation with his support team and found my refund had not been processed after several days. He asked if I would allow him a couple of days to research the transaction and refund. That same night he called me, left a message to come to his store where he gave me a full refund and had also found that although I had cancelled the delivery it does not automatically generate the refund. Marcus did an excellent job of going above and beyond and he's the reason Tractor Supply is my favorite store.

My house was built in 1962 and most of my bathroom components were original. I wanted to have both…read morebathrooms remodeled because they were both very ugly and depressing. I had several contractors stop by to give me estimates - a lot of contractors were very sloppy in their estimates, telling me they would give me a bathroom in five days or asking me to buy all the supplies, etc (as if I would know what to get), or telling me they can do it for $5k without permits. Anywho, Ivan from Vitex stopped by and asked a lot of questions on what kind of vision I had, and when I did not know an answer, he made suggestions. For example, he suggested I add a shower light - that's something I did not think of at all - and also pointed out things that were required for code upgrades, etc. The entire process was very transparent. After I received the quote, I met Ivan at the warehouse in Rancho Cordova and he helped me pick out the tile for the wall and the floor. Again, I'm clueless and he made the right recommendations that made sense. The crew arrived on day one and these guys work hard and other than their lunch breaks, they don't stop until the end of the workday. The workers were very pleasant and diligent. Very friendly. I really enjoyed having them here and they did excellent work. Once they were done, I proceeded to hire Vitex for bathroom #2, which involved removing a jet tub to build a walk in shower. This time I worked with Arthur, who was also excellent and the same worker crew. They did an excellent job with that bathroom, as well. What also helped was being in touch with Victor, the owner, via group text to keep me up to date on the project, etc. Also, for anyone doing their due diligence, Vitex is fully licensed and the work they did passed the City of Sacramento's inspection, so these guys are legit. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for bathroom remodeling and will use them for future tile work. Thank you, Vitex! -Josh

The service technician confirmed that the jet pump motor had failed and verified that the replacement jet pump motor is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Given that the failure was determined to be a warranty-covered defect, I do not believe I should be responsible for the diagnostic service charge. I purchased this hot tub with the expectation that warranty-covered failures would be handled without imposing significant out-of-pocket costs simply to confirm a defective component. Charging customers a substantial service fee to diagnose and validate a warranty claim undermines the value of the warranty itself. I respectfully request reimbursement of the $249.00 service fee, or an explanation of why this charge is not covered when the repair has been confirmed as a valid warranty claim. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a fair resolution.
