She was enthusiastic and provided very good customer service. The garden area wasn't too busy. There was a large variety of plants to choose from - annuals, perennials, trees, etc. I bought a few colorful flowers that were annuals and a tomato plants. Many of the flowers were half off during the sale. Nicely priced. Lowe's had a good selection of plants and flowers compared to HD and Walmart, which I had checked out the prior day. I also bought a garbage disposal online for store pickup from this location, but later that day, they notified me that the garbage disposal was out of stock. I reordered from another store and they shipped it to me for free. Good store for home improvement needs and gardening supplies.

So I tried to "Schedule a Return" via FedEx. I printed the label and repackaged the item - then was told to return it to a Fed Ex DROP OFF location 16 miles away. In other words, I scheduled a refund, not a return pickup. I called Customer Care; no help. After waiting 35 minutes (on hold 3 different times during one call) for someone to answer my question, I found myself suddenly transferred to "Curb Side Pickup" - which is to PICK UP orders at Lowe's NOT schedule a curb side pick up from your home. At least with Walmart, when you schedule at FedEx pickup, they pick up the item from your porch. 1) False advertising of a Plastic shower head filter as Chrome. 2) Misrepresentation of scheduling a return via FedEx. You aren't scheduling a PickUp - you are scheduling your Refund amount. Fool me once: I will not be shopping at Lowe's again.

As soon as we entered we saw CB with a big tent and a huge selection of Hot TUbs... We met Kenny and he was super super nice.... he caught on to my skepticism of hot tubs as I owned one of a different brand prior. He was so helpful and answered all of our questions.. we wanted to look since we had just arrived at the show so he said tottally fine --no hard sales and we went about our way... but we realized quickly after looking at all the other Hot tub sales at the show that Kenny knew his stuff!! So on our way out we stopped back in, shook hands and he had a deal! He even offered to come out to our house once it was delivered and hooked up to do an orientation for us!! This was awesome!! The owner, George, met with us, heard what we wanted, and was committed to reproducing this coffee table in exactly the dimensions we needed for our outdoor space. We also had him build a cement beverage center surround to house our outdoor refrigerator and ice maker. He delivered exactly what we wanted and it's spectacular. We also needed some outdoor wooden bar stools. He had in his showroom some beautiful wooden bar stools with seats that swivel, exactly what we needed.
