Also, he was available right away to come out to my home. I will be using him again. This business is reliable and very punctual! I was very impressed with the thoroughness too! Gentleman who came out to clean was very nice and respectful when he arrived and that is where it stops. He cleaned multiple ivory/cream colored area rugs and they looked ok when he finished and by the following day they were covered with large yellow spots, everywhere! I called him the following week and he was scheduled to come back. The day he was scheduled he canceled claiming a machine broke down and he rescheduled for the following week. He was a no show! I have called him 4 times since and he has never returned any of my calls. I have given him every opportunity to make things right and I've been ghosted! I've even tried cleaning them twice myself and I cannot get the yellow stains out! Worst job ever! I wouldn't have written this review if he would at least had the decency to try to fix it and at the very least given me a call back. Bad work and horrible customer service!! read more
