I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. When we went back we couldn't open the door into the RV. Shouldn't be a problem, just go through the cab of the vehicle... uh oh - both doors are locked... and the dog is in the RV and had been in there for a couple of hours - it was time for a walk. We looked at each other... neither of us had keys - they were hanging inside the RV. Fortunately we have AAA Premium with RV coverage. I put in a service request on the AAA app on one of our phones. I mentioned our dog was in the RV and my husband's meds were also in there (he's diabetic). 5 minutes after I submitted the request a AAA rep called me to get more information. She said it would be 1 1/2 - 2 hours...yikes... I said ok. She then asked about the dog and my husband's meds. She said she would mark it urgent. 5 minutes later I got a call from a local tow company, City Towing, which works out of Kingman and Williams. She said they had someone on the way, but it would be about half an hour. 5 minutes later a young man named Ty called to let us know he was on his way. I got 2 more calls from AAA and City Towing checking to see if we were OK and if our dog was okay. (I appreciated them staying in touch and keeping us advised of an ETA.) Ty made it to our RV park within 35 minutes of me first submitting my service request. Ty arrived and within about 10 minutes, had us in our rig and we had our dog out. Kuddos to City Towing and Ty for being more than prompt, professional and efficient, and unlocking our vehicles doors in a very timely fashion.

These people were the ONLY people willing to help me when I got stranded in the middle of nowhere…read morewith a flat tire. I had a flat tire while driving a rental car on mile marker 51 of Indian Rd. 18. The intersection to this road is Route 66. There are no services or phone reception in this area. The rental car was not equipped with a spare tire (unbelievable!). Therefore, I got a ride from a car passing by to the nearest, and only, establishment, the Caverns. I still wasn't getting any reception. The people at the Cavern kindly let me in and allowed me use their landline for HOURS while I was trying to get AAA, Geico, and the rental car company (NU) help me. All those companies totally failed me and literally left me stranded out there. I tried a few shops somewhat close by and they said they can't help either! Eventually after about six-seven hours of trying to get help, Roadside Service was able to find me a replacement tire, came to pick me up at the Caverns, drove me all the way to my car and fixed it. I don't know what I would have done without their help! Totally recommend them.
