(I am all about supporting small businesses) I was told by the young couple owners (he & his wife) this was a 2nd generation business and it was originally his father's business. The young man, after working with my insurance Geico, got the repair approved ans he told me he would be ordering Toyota "OEM" parts. I had never heard of this term so he explained to me this was "Original Equipment Manufactured parts". After the repair was approved by Geico & meself, I left my car (2019 Toyota CH-R) with him. He replaced the left front drivers side panel and the left front, drivers side rear view mirror. This was in early spring. Usually when I unlock my doors to get in, both side mirrors open and display in lights to the ground, "TOYOTA CH-R". I should gave checked this when he replaced the left mirror, but I didnt. I believed the owner's word regarding the OEM part & the left mirror would display this. It's was now late spring, early summer. (my fault again, I don't drive at night) I don't notice until fall/winter that this left mirror does NOT display the lighted "TOYOTA CH-R". I went back in to his shop to speak to the owner & his wife about this not an IEM MIRROR. He stated he thought he did order OEM parts & they would look for the paperwork to confirm it was OEM parts and let me know. A few weeks later I called again. He said that it would be a little bit longer as they were in the process of moving their business/facility to a different location. I have NEVER heard from them again. I never called him back as maybe I should have. I guess I had hoped & prayed they were more reputable than this & he would follow thru & contact me, I had left my info the last time I spoke with he & his wife. I don't know (yet) where they're now located. I hope they see this, reach out to me and make things right. I know time has passed but I still wish for my OEM left side, rear view mirror quoted & paid for! They should still have my contact info. TO OWNER: Please make good on your promise to me ALMOST 2 years ago! Look for the paperwork again. Confirm TOYOTA sent you the OEM mirror you supposedly & promised. Maybe you didn't order it, thinking, since it was spring, I wouldn't ever notice....which, by the way, I didn't.

The front, however way my fault; I was trying to change out the KIA badge to the "E" emblem that the Korean versions have, and damaged the front bumper. I brought the car down and spoke with Steve, who after talking to me gave me a quote and timeframe that sounded very reasonable. He said that if I brought the car in on a Monday, he would have it back by the end of the week. Brought the car to the shop that following Monday, and the work was done on Friday as promised. These guys do quality work, and treat you like you're their old neighbors. Fantastic customer service, and even better workmanship. The car looks awesome, and he even put on the new "E" emblem on the front for me. I'm posting pics so you can see the night and day difference and final results. They even washed my car and shined the tires! A few other places that the insurance set me up with wouldn't even look at an EV, let alone repair it. This was not an issue at all at Best Choice. They handled the complexities of navigating all insurance related stuff with ease, and walked me through the steps needed. Other guy's insurance was paying, but this wasn't an issue at all. They needed to submit supplemental work, for things not originally quoted in the insurance initial estimate. Again, not an issue, and nothing that I had to deal with directly. Insurance set me up with a rental car, and Best Choice called the rental place to come pick me up at their shop. My ride was waiting before I walked out the door. Super quick and painless - I was at my workplace without any delay, and much faster than I expected.
