There is a sign outside saying 7-3:30 on Saturdays but the gate is locked. I see someone in a golf cart riding around and a sign that says "ring the bell for service." Having never been here before I think, man that's weird let me ring the bell like it says. I ring the bell once and wait about two min. A guy comes down in his golf cart and I say "Hi" He doesn't say anything and just points to the gate. I say "are you open?" He says "can't you see the gate?" How incredibly rude. I say "I only see two signs, one says open 7-3:30 and one saying to ring the bell for service." He says "We are closed." I look around and say "where does it say that?" He says "the locked gate is obvious." I didn't want to argue with some stranger in front of my kids so we just turn around and leave, wife and kids upset over the interaction. Apparently they are closed between holidays and we are supposed to figure out the bell sign is not applicable during that time. Anyhow we got what we needed from Leo's Nursery on Dinuba Blvd. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Wish I could say the same about MidValley Trees.

Alonzo was not only a great customer service associate but was amazing in showing us a variety of options when looking for something with color and sun specifics. While some exotics were a little pricey they were certainly worth it in comparing the quality we purchased from other establishments. Other non-exotic nursery plants and shrubs were similarly priced and exceeded the competition by size and overall quality. It was our first time here-although we returned for more the very same day-and we will definitely be back!!!

After checking out the floral businesses online, I chose Sequoia Plaza Flowers and I purchased a lovely arrangement and paid to have it delivered later that day. I also alerted my son to expect a delivery. Late in the afternoon I got a call from him advising that nothing had been delivered. On checking, I found an earlier email advising me of the flower cancellation due to the specific flowers being unavailable. Even though the shop was closed for the day, I called the florist number and ended up talking directly to Michelle, the owner. On hearing my story, Michelle quickly volunteered to make a similar arrangement and also deliver it to my son and DIL. She was extremely kind to offer that (it was late on a Saturday afternoon and her store was closed). She not only made a very lovely replacement, she delivered it too. My kids were thrilled and loved the flowers! Michelle went above and beyond to help out this very happy customer and I highly recommend her floral shop. It's obvious she values her customers and is creative in her floral designs. Thank you, Michelle!

I was shopping for dress clothes and dress shoes for an upcoming business event for my job and as I…read moretook the clothes and shoes to the dressing room to try them on and see which outfit I wanted to buy, the Ross worker was a Mexican woman, and the lady in front of me was also Mexican who was taking in dresses as well as different types of sandals to try on and the Ross worker had no issues with her, she simply counted all of the items and put the number of items that are all tagged of the post so she would know exactly how many items the lady was trying on. No problems there, but I ask to go in, I'm a white man, and I'm then told that I can't take in the shoes with me. This place is racist and when I asked a different worker what is the point of having everything tagged and then also counted before going into the fitting room if you are going to pick and choose what potential customers are allowed to take what items to the fitting room? The response I was given was " I don't know man." I do not recommend shopping at this place at all. They have permanently lost any potential future business from me
