If google would let me do zero stars I would choose Zero!! I…read morebought LVP flooring at Burgos tile in 2021 and Alex was very helpful, a little pushy when he saw I was hesitant to buy , however I liked the material so I bought it and he told me he could use his "people" and subcontracted out to different people for the demo, installation etc. When the flooring was done I liked it however there was minor things that needed to be touched up like some caulking. I called him twice and he never returned my phone call. I no longer was a priority after I paid him. I started having issues with my flooring as well last year , the floor was lifting and material breaking in many areas after a few years . I called him and he would not talk to me he said I will call you back and would not call me back. I continued to call a few days later and explained what my issue was ,he was very short and rude did not want to help me . I was trying to get warranty information but he did not want to help and ended up telling me off and cursing at me very badly saying my floor was messed up because "I was walking on it ". I was in shock at his behavior. After this I decided to try to repair myself since he was unwilling to provide good customer service to a customer who trusted him. I recommended friends to him and they had the same issue with their floor. The issues I was having was with the installation not being done adequately, a lot of cutting corners from the beginning . Alex charges you a big fee and pays the subcontractors pennies so you don't know what you're going to get. This is not good business, and he is only concerned about his personal profit. Trust me Alex is helpful in the beginning when he wants your business but if you have any issues after you pay him he will not help you. I spent a lot of $$ and expected a better outcome a lifetime warranty floor turned into 4 years . Do not buy from Alex or use him for installation on LVP learn from this information you will save yourself a lot of $$, time and headaches.

We chose this company to keep our money local and support local business. This company brought in the stone and then used a few globs of silicone and a couple of wedges to support an 8 foot slab of stone. So basically the stone was floating on a couple of globs of silicone. Any weight on this countertop its going to crack... after several emails exchanged they never acknowledged thenvery poor woekmanship, only making excuses. Ignored concerns, would not acknowledge thw poor woekanshil and sent "contractors" that use jargan and completely disrespected my daughter dismissing her concerns. There solution was they'd rip out everything and kiss their ass. So basically, they are okay with BELOW STANDAED work and told my daughter just to pay up. They refuse to do the job PROFESSIONAL job AND have ZERO INTEGRITY. I DONT CARE HOW LONG YOUVE BEEN IN BUSINESS, A HALF ASS JOB IS A HALF ASS JOB!! And half ass is being kind!!!! I guarantee if the OWNER saw this installation he would be embarrassed, or i hope he would be!! I STRONGLY ENOURAGE anyone considering this company for a job - DON'T!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This company has gotten arrogant and cares more about $$$ than quality work. And if you are a woman and a minority, chances are, they are going to screw you over believing you wont have the courage to push back.

Larry Nelms and his crews are awesome. They poured about 12 yards of concrete in my back and side…read moreyards and also landscaped with plants, mulch, and irrigation around my entire back yard. It was very reasonably priced and looks great. After explaining that I've always had trouble getting enough water to some dying Redwood trees, he recommended and installed Netafim drip. I was skeptical as I'd tried various drip and other types of irrigation and a few of the trees were still dying and I was sure they were goners. He assured me it would work. Fast forward a couple months and the trees are thriving. He was 100% right about what to do and Netafim was the perfect solution. I'm so grateful to not lose those trees. Part of the back yard project included moving some sprinkler valves from the back/side to the front so the whole side yard could be poured and look clean. The crew accidentally cut my pool fill line as it was buried with the sprinkler valves. This wasn't discovered by me until weeks after the concrete was poured. After letting Larry know, he came out personally with a team of guys, cleanly cut a patch of concrete above the cut, repaired the line, and repaired the concrete. No hassle whatsoever. Larry is easy to work with and I'd recommend his services to anyone. Thanks Larry!

We HIGHLY recommend Millennium Landscape…read more We urgently needed some immediate yard/weed cleanup done at our home. A friend referred us to Bolivar and Janeth as they had been doing her routine gardening and landscaping for her for some time. We were thrilled when Bolivar came out IMMEDIATELY to give us a quote on the work. He understood that we needed the work done right away. He gave us a fair price and did an amazing job in ONE DAY. We hired him to do our regular gardening maintenance. Their response time is amazing. They definitely do all they can to work with their customers, communicate any concerns or scheduling issues, and are always professional. Since then, we have been making some landscaping changes. Bolivar understands that we have to do one job at a time - as money allows. Communication with both he and Janeth has been wonderful. They work very hard to help us do all that we want within our small budget. The latest project Bolivar completed at our house was removing a brick wall and iron fencing and building a new one to restructure our yard. His crew was amazingly quick, clean, and treated our yard as if it was their own. Bolivar took care of sprinklers, piping for electrical and drainage (literally everything necessary) without us having to spend any time whatsoever overseeing the job or ensuring that it was done properly. They continue to work on our bi-monthly gardening needs and we will continue to hire them to do additional large jobs as we finally get our yards they way we have always wanted them while remaining within our budget.

The service was quick, friendly, and always responsive - overall great customer service. However,…read morethe quality of the work was unfortunately lacking. We recently moved into a new home with no backyard setup, so we contracted Millenium Landscape for a simple concrete patio design with a walkway and some grass. While we had no issues with the grass, our concrete is a quite an embarrassing mess. It's been about 5 months since the concrete has been 'drying' and not only is it warped in some areas, it is spotted everywhere and never fully dried (we assume). Drains were added as well, but the water doesn't run to the drains, and in one case the water actually pools right next to a drain. We appreciate the hard work put into something like this, but for how much we paid, and given this is our first home, it was quite disappointing. Our neighbor had the same type of work done by a different contractor and it looks amazing compared to ours. Anyway, use caution when considering any type of concrete work done.
