KA sent me a very detailed quote along with photos of what the fence would look like. In addition the materials they used exceeded the materials the others were going to use. Communication was outstanding from quote to installation. Every step of the way they made sure we were aware of what was going to happen. All calls were promptly returned and their crew arrived on time. Juan and his crew went above and beyond. Just my luck the day of installation it rained. The weather did not slow them down. Nor did they take shortcuts to get the job done quicker. As they were about done I wonder why it was taking a bit longer to put away their tools and pack up. When I went outside i found them returning my river rock to where it was before I moved it back for the installation. Then they swept and sprayed off my sidewalk. Needless to say they deserved the five star rating! I would highly recommend them for your fencing needs. Early on, and due to some medical and financial issues I explained to Jose that this wasn't the best time, but we wanted to at least take care of our portion, however we would need to make some payments to him if they wanted to proceed soon. He agreed that would be fine, and told me he would give plenty of notice when they got the job planned and scheduled. A week later I received a text message informing me that they would be starting the fence that day. I arrived home 15 minutes later and our fence was already demolished. I contacted him about the untimely planning and lack of notice and he assured me not to worry and he would be in touch with me for a payment. No problem. Two days ago he came by and I let him know I had the first of 3 payments by today and he agreed that was fine. After I contacted him this morning, he flipped the script, raised the price, then immediately changed to payment in full or threatened to put a lien on the house. When I called him out on his lies, he threatened to leave a negative review on our family business if we said anything. I have the texts of these threats and welcome the libel if he wants to go to court. Be wary, of a contractor that lies and changes the rules as they go.
