We recently moved into a new home with no backyard setup, so we contracted Millenium Landscape for a simple concrete patio design with a walkway and some grass. While we had no issues with the grass, our concrete is a quite an embarrassing mess. It's been about 5 months since the concrete has been 'drying' and not only is it warped in some areas, it is spotted everywhere and never fully dried (we assume). Drains were added as well, but the water doesn't run to the drains, and in one case the water actually pools right next to a drain. We appreciate the hard work put into something like this, but for how much we paid, and given this is our first home, it was quite disappointing. Our neighbor had the same type of work done by a different contractor and it looks amazing compared to ours. Anyway, use caution when considering any type of concrete work done.

The service department for this company is a complete joke. I originally contacted them because the…read morehandle came of a closet door and our house is still under warranty. The first tech that came out said that the door was installed backwards and that a new door had to be ordered to fix the problem. Before leaving he informed me that a follow-up appointment would be scheduled. The second technician showed up on the day of the follow-up appointment. To my surprise he didn't have a new door and acted like he was completely oblivious to what the first technician had told me. So he went ahead and installed the handle on the same door using new holes and then left. A few weeks later the handle came off again. So again I called them to come out and fix the door. I spoke with a lady name Sherry and informed her what had happened and told her they needed to bring a new door. The third technician showed up to the appointment and he too didn't have a new door. He went and looked at the door and agreed that a new door had to be installed. I just attempted to call their corporate headquarters in Sandford FL during their posted business hours only to get a machine telling me to call back during normal business hours... I honestly don't know how a company can stay in business when this is how they interact with customers. My advice if you are looking for a company to purchase and install doors is to look elsewhere!

Costing: Pablo provided an extremely aggressive quote! In some cases a few grand cheaper than competitors. Price agreement : Pablo is understanding and open to conversations about cost. The detailed itemized price proposal made it easy to inquire about things like types of turf and how to be more cost efficient with the amount of cement we wanted. Project Review: once we agreed on the project, Pablo and his dad came out one more time to make sure we were aligned on the project, which was helpful. Installation: We had a couple of days delay because of the recent rain but Pablo gave me a heads up the week before that they were going to keep an eye on the weather and would start as quickly as possible. The project itself took 4 days to complete for roughly 1300 sq feet of cement and 800 sq ft of turf. Pablo and his dad were both out here personally installing the concrete and turf. They even installed a door leading to my backyard at no additional cost. Result: we are extremely happy with the result and how great it makes my front and backyard look.
