I especially enjoyed their cactus and succulent selection. They had plenty of interesting and unusual varieties, including crested cacti, small collectible specimens, euphorbias, bonsai, agaves, yuccas, and some beautiful mature landscape plants. It feels more curated and personal than a typical garden center. The nursery has a relaxed, old school feel, and I liked being able to take my time looking through everything. Some plants really made me stop and take a second look, which is exactly what I want when visiting a local nursery. Definitely worth stopping by if you enjoy hunting for unique plants, especially cacti and succulents.

I live hours away and work an essential job, therefore coming home was out of the question as I was trying to find an appropriate way to celebrate her for Mother's Day. Larry came to my rescue! Communication was incredible considering the gardening business has been extremely busy and the crew is implementing new time consuming safety procedures. Not only did he help me pick out the selection for her yard, but they delivered them for FREE to my mother's front porch (all non-contact!) Being early in the season my expectations were low but I thought I'd give it a try. While scrolling google, I came across a place called Agape Nursery and Feed, which seemed potentially convenient, as I needed to pick up some chicken scratch anyway. So I mapped the location and headed out. Well I couldn't have been more pleased when I arrived at this hidden gem. Simply put, the authenticity and attention to detail at this nursery was quite astounding. Aside from a well organized stock of animal feeds and plant fertilizers, Agape had a fantastic array of vegetable starts. Especially considering my visit was during mid February. Upon further investigation I came across a greenhouse in the back corner of the property.. I was pleased to find that all the starts were being grown on site with a great deal of care. I had the unique pleasure of meeting the man behind of this wonderful plant husbandry and learn more about what inspired the development of such a soulful and useful place in this small community. The plant health, vibrations and customer service we're all exceptionally high. Needless to say I left that day with a variety of wonderful plant starts and an inspired mindset. Support local plant nurseries!…read more Green Hills Nursery is an amazing place to shop if you're looking to spruce up your home with some indoor plants or add a little style to your front or backyard landscape. I came here looking for a lemon tree and some bougainvillea plants. Their variety of citrus plants they have here is amazing. Everything from orange trees to lemon trees and grapefruit to kumquats. I purchased a dwarf pink lemon tree, which I didn't even know existed. Supposedly, these lemons are yellow with greenish stripes on the outside with pink flesh on the inside, but still have that classic lemon taste. I didn't purchase any bougainvillea plants this time around, because of the lack space of my car, but there is a gorgeous selection of bougainvillea plants in every color and variety here. I also purchased an aloe plant that they had on sale, marked down to $24.99 from $50! If you're looking for succulents their selection is a little on the small side, but they do have a ton of tradition outdoor cacti and large palms as well. Beyond plants, they carry every sort of gardening, tool, soil, and outdoor decor you could ever need for your house. During my visit here, everything on the grounds was 10% off because they were celebrating their 10-year anniversary. Im so happy to see a local business thrive and I hope they're here for another 10+ years!
