He was willing to stay as long as it took to get us into a car and happy. Very unfortunate that his sales manager was so pushy. The deal he got us was at a pretty high rate, so the wife and I wanted to sleep on it. This decision would affect us for the next 3-5 years, after all. But he just couldn't let us go. Aggressive and pushy is not the way to woo new customers. Refuse to take no for an answer? Sorry-not sorry-but that will chase away more than a few customers. Be patient and respect the customers' decision making process. If it involves leaving the lot, let them leave. They'll come back if the deal is right. If not? Sweeten the deal.

We texted prior to me going up to purchase on a Saturday and all was good...we got there and after disappearing behind the dealership for 15 minutes came back and said, "Sorry, someone sold that car this morning." Flat out lie. It is now 4 days later and the car is still online for sale and a co-worker just called to verify - LIARS. They just didn't want to honor the deal the Internet Sales Manager made with me. Pure trash. They won't be honest with you...don't give them the opportunity to lie to you. I was home in NC so I began to call all parts stores and garages within 30 miles but no one could offer any help, somehow David from Bland Auto Service heard of her problem, showed up and determined it was worse than appeared, a pully had also failed. Would definitely recommend him to anyone, he's a really great guy and awesome mechanic. His crew is great too, they're always willing to look at your vehicle and at least try to point you in the right directions if they can't fix the issue. Service is fairly timely, normally 30-60 mins (IF THEY'RE NOT BUSY). Like normal, he's the main mechanic Bland County residents trust. So he's got the most on his plate as far as taking care of everyone in the town. Literally.
