I drove onto the lot hoping to get a car.
New guy was super friendly and his knowledge of Nissan is surprisingly vast. He was willing to stay as long as it took to get us into a car and happy.
Very unfortunate that his sales manager was so pushy.
The deal he got us was at a pretty high rate, so the wife and I wanted to sleep on it. This decision would affect us for the next 3-5 years, after all.
But he just couldn't let us go. Aggressive and pushy is not the way to woo new customers. Refuse to take no for an answer? Sorry-not sorry-but that will chase away more than a few customers.
