He was willing to stay as long as it took to get us into a car and happy. Very unfortunate that his sales manager was so pushy. The deal he got us was at a pretty high rate, so the wife and I wanted to sleep on it. This decision would affect us for the next 3-5 years, after all. But he just couldn't let us go. Aggressive and pushy is not the way to woo new customers. Refuse to take no for an answer? Sorry-not sorry-but that will chase away more than a few customers. Be patient and respect the customers' decision making process. If it involves leaving the lot, let them leave. They'll come back if the deal is right. If not? Sweeten the deal.

My experience was nothing less than fantastic. They answered any and all questions I had, let me keep my camper on their lot until a lot at my campground opened up, delivered me my camper, and did a walk through to make sure everything was functioning correctly. Anything that was missing or not working they ordered for me and didn't charge a penny. Even after they had already delivered it and gotten their money from me they still answered all questions I had about my camper, and kept in touch to help me troubleshoot any issues I might have had. I can't vouch for buying a car off of them, but I 10/10 recommend a camper purchase from these guys!

We told Brian and he said for us bring it by tomorrow at 9 am and have his dad check it out.

I am an educated buyer and although I wanted always want it cheaper the price Shane gave me was exactly what the car was worth. After the sale he did everything but drive the car to Pennsylvania. He made sure it was detailed and helped me coordinate the ever changing times with the shipper. He wanted to be there when the car was picked up. We were on the phone constantly. He did as much work after the sale then he did during the sale. That is the sign of a great sales representative. When you buy a car sight unseen the sales representative is your as and ears. You put a lot of faith in someone you don't know. In this case my faith was rewarded.
