Purchased 2024 Chevy trailboss on 1/26/2024. It came in with damage to the front bumper from transport. First the vehicle should have never been for sale if it was damaged but they assured me once they got parts in that they would put them on all in all less than a day. So before we leave dealership mind you 6th vehicle we bought from them in less than 2 years they tell us that the parts did in fact come in. I take my vehicle thinking less than a day in service on 1/29/2024. I get a call at almost 5 pm from the service department. They have ripped apart my entire new truck but the technician never check to ensure that it was in fact the correct parts. They need to keep my vehicle for a week longer till new part comes in. I did tell them no I want my truck back in one piece and they can have it when part comes in. Service department pleads that they don't want to have to do that. If I tell them what I want they will make it happen so they don't have to take apart and put it back together multiple times. So my husband goes in on 1/30/2024 tell the middle service guy I want the ceramic coating done and the extended warranty otherwise give my truck back that morning. To which he agreed being a representative of Ramey we believed him. They were also supposed to fix a huge issue with the radio and steering column issue while in service for a week. Service guy stated that they would have it coated then have the guy back when bumper came in to coat that as well but my truck would be finished like brand new as of Monday 2/5/2024. Imagine my surprise when 2/5/2024 comes along and nothing is done. Not the ceramic coating, not the steering column, the top and port damage repair, the radio. The service department then told me I wouldn't be getting the warranty or coating even though that is what was agreed to due to their technician not being smart enough to look at parts prior to ripping apart a vehicle. No one in the service department knows which end is up to include all managers. One calls and tells new they need to paint bumper, another one says no bumper came in painted they just need to put it on. Regardless I went in person to pick it up. Very upset because I was without my vehicle for a week thanks to technicians who don't know how to look at a bumper and say yup that's not right give customer her truck back while we wait but instead rips apart that very truck just leaving it in shambles. No one stepped up to do the right thing. Not Jonathon sheets, Nathan service manager, Chris ganoe or the middle service desk guy who lies horrifically. Regardless now I have a brand new truck with crappy craftsmanship done, no working radio, steering column issue, no ceramic coating, no extended warranty because Jonathon Sheets won't back up his own employees who all promised the above. Instead they all are a bunch of liars that are being reported to BBB, GM, Chevrolet and any one else I can report them to. Fix my truck properly, give me what was promised or undo the deal seeing how you can't put your money where your mouth is. Just lies. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They will screw you over, not give you what's agreed to and will not fix your brand new vehicle when it comes in with damage on transport. Look at my vehicle purchase a $72,000 truck without a working radio, steering column issue (which service lied said they fixed when they didn't) nothing from Jonathon sheets or his service department but lies. read more
