I thought I'd be treated fairly and receive a fair deal as a repeat customer, but that didn't happen. He was pushy and refused to compromise. He's the kind of guy that gives car salesmen a bad rep. I don't recommend trading with this dealership.

They offered me $8500 for the same car they told me was worth $18000+ just 6 mos earlier. $10000 less and the only excuse they could give was 'well it does have some damage we will have to fix'.
