They offered me $8500 for the same car they told me was worth $18000+ just 6 mos earlier. $10000 less and the only excuse they could give was 'well it does have some damage we will have to fix'. We went all over the lot looking at different configurations, though we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. When they did not have exactly what we were looking for, they organized a dealer trade to get us what we wanted. The truck had some issues, so they provided us a comped loaner for the week while it was taken care of. The sales process was pretty fast as these things go, and there was no upsell or pressure to buy dumb things (like undercoating). It really felt like they cared about our experience and were operating with integrity, which has not been the case everywhere I have shopped for a new car. 10/10 would go to a Ramey dealership again!

Dakota and the sales team here really went above and beyond…read more So, long story short I acquired a large commercial contract and were drawn to them for their package deal. I'm from New Orleans and the contract is on the north side of the lake. So I drove there, picked out a lawnmower and took it straight to the property to start cutting. In my attempt to be cheap, I got the lowest commercial gravely, the pro turn zx 52. It was a great mower and there was nothing wrong with it. It just wasn't what I needed to complete this project in a timely or comfortable manner(I'm on the mower for 6-8 hours). So I called Dakota and told him I messed up and undershot what I needed. He got in touch with the gravely rep and the bank(financed the mower) and handled everything for me. Gravely bought the mower back(I obviously lost some money out of the deal because I brought them back a used mower). It was awesome. Definitely made me feel like a valued customer for sure. No one seemed annoyed with me causing an unneeded situation. The new mower is exactly what I needed and is much more comfortable to be on for hours on end. I guess you could say they aren't pushy at all. I told him what I was cutting and he asked me if I needed something bigger and I said no(stupid me). So basically I though he was being just a regular salesman trying to sell me the more expensive unit in a non pushy way but in reality he was just being a friendly person and making sure I got the right equipment. Sadly, I did not and we had to go through that process. Glad it all worked out in the end. Very thankful that Dakota and the sales team were willing to fix a problem that was MY fault and not theirs. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will be going back for a Dirtbike soon enough. Thanks Dakota and everyone at Ramey motors.

They don't charge anything for inspection that doesn't involve any repair. Once I felt my car was giving bumpy feel even in plain roads. They inspected my my car for 3 hours checking brakes, tyres, engine driving around... etc..They later told me it was fine. But did not charge me a penny. Everytime i have been there with questions or problems they are always helpful. This explains their level level of honesty and how much do they value their customers.
