We went all over the lot looking at different configurations, though we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. When they did not have exactly what we were looking for, they organized a dealer trade to get us what we wanted. The truck had some issues, so they provided us a comped loaner for the week while it was taken care of. The sales process was pretty fast as these things go, and there was no upsell or pressure to buy dumb things (like undercoating). It really felt like they cared about our experience and were operating with integrity, which has not been the case everywhere I have shopped for a new car. 10/10 would go to a Ramey dealership again!

They don't charge anything for inspection that doesn't involve any repair. Once I felt my car was giving bumpy feel even in plain roads. They inspected my my car for 3 hours checking brakes, tyres, engine driving around... etc..They later told me it was fine. But did not charge me a penny. Everytime i have been there with questions or problems they are always helpful. This explains their level level of honesty and how much do they value their customers.

My 2009 Corolla has bubbling on all 4 wheels, this is a common problem. Toyoto offer to do a 50/50 replacement, my cost $850.00 plus. I doubt if Toyoto has that much in all four wheels and tires. I went back to Bill Cole auto mall and asked them how much they would give me to buy the car back. They had charged me $18000+ for the car 6 months earlier and it did have some minor damage to the rear fender and about 10K more miles on it but the blue book was 12-14K. They offered me $8500 for the same car they told me was worth $18000+ just 6 mos earlier. $10000 less and the only excuse they could give was 'well it does have some damage we will have to fix'. So did you rip me off the first time Bill Cole or were you trying to rip me off the second time? Congratulations Bill Cole you have lived up to the stereotype of the sleazy used car salesmen. Shame on you!

He lied to us just to cut another salesmans throat that we had previously spoken with. We did end up buying at this dealership. The commision from our purchase should have went to Chris. He was the first person we spoke with. He was nice and very helpful. I think it was very unfair that he was not the person to benefit from our purchase.
