    Dakota and the sales team here really went above and beyond…read more So, long story short I acquired a large commercial contract and were drawn to them for their package deal. I'm from New Orleans and the contract is on the north side of the lake. So I drove there, picked out a lawnmower and took it straight to the property to start cutting. In my attempt to be cheap, I got the lowest commercial gravely, the pro turn zx 52. It was a great mower and there was nothing wrong with it. It just wasn't what I needed to complete this project in a timely or comfortable manner(I'm on the mower for 6-8 hours). So I called Dakota and told him I messed up and undershot what I needed. He got in touch with the gravely rep and the bank(financed the mower) and handled everything for me. Gravely bought the mower back(I obviously lost some money out of the deal because I brought them back a used mower). It was awesome. Definitely made me feel like a valued customer for sure. No one seemed annoyed with me causing an unneeded situation. The new mower is exactly what I needed and is much more comfortable to be on for hours on end. I guess you could say they aren't pushy at all. I told him what I was cutting and he asked me if I needed something bigger and I said no(stupid me). So basically I though he was being just a regular salesman trying to sell me the more expensive unit in a non pushy way but in reality he was just being a friendly person and making sure I got the right equipment. Sadly, I did not and we had to go through that process. Glad it all worked out in the end. Very thankful that Dakota and the sales team were willing to fix a problem that was MY fault and not theirs. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will be going back for a Dirtbike soon enough. Thanks Dakota and everyone at Ramey motors.
