Took my van in while on vacation in West Virginia because of a check engine light. Was told my…read moretorque convertor needed to be replaced. Spent the $1000's getting it fixed. Was given the paperwork stating the repair was done and test drove to verify repair. Drove back home and during that trip the check engine light came back on, same code. Took it to my local dealership and was told I needed a whole new transmission. Took it to an other transmission place and they also confirmed trans needed to be replaced. Both places informed me my make and model vehicle does not do transmission partial repairs, that the WV dealership should have known this when the code came up. My particular van is an all or nothing transmission replacement. Have been going through hell for weeks now, with the personnel trying to get a refund on a part that never needed to be replaced. If you want to pay a lot of money for nothing to be fixed and then get gaslit at the sametime then this is the place for you.

They don't charge anything for inspection that doesn't involve any repair. Once I felt my car was giving bumpy feel even in plain roads. They inspected my my car for 3 hours checking brakes, tyres, engine driving around... etc..They later told me it was fine. But did not charge me a penny. Everytime i have been there with questions or problems they are always helpful. This explains their level level of honesty and how much do they value their customers.

They had charged me $18000+ for the car 6 months earlier and it did have some minor damage to the rear fender and about 10K more miles on it but the blue book was 12-14K. They offered me $8500 for the same car they told me was worth $18000+ just 6 mos earlier. $10000 less and the only excuse they could give was 'well it does have some damage we will have to fix'. So did you rip me off the first time Bill Cole or were you trying to rip me off the second time? Congratulations Bill Cole you have lived up to the stereotype of the sleazy used car salesmen.
