We were in the market for a newer used Ford Transit work van and reached out to Ramey Ford. We were able to schedule a test drive that day and sales rep Marcus and his sales manager were very helpful and didn't try to pressure us at all. We ended up purchasing a van from an out of state dealer that had a van with AWD. We will definitely go back to Ramey next time we are in the market for another vehicle. read more

my car was towed to to the Ramey dealership on courthouse road after the recent flooding. when it was found to be a total loss I made arrangements to collect my belonging. I asked a man standing in the service department who was literally standing, not helping a customer, if someone could remove my license plat. He said he couldn't at that time so I asked for a screwdriver to do it myself. This man looked thru what looked to me like a junk drawer and only found a flat head which wouldn't work. I then asked for one that would work, mind you we are in a service department , he proceeded to tell me the guys are too busy I'm not going to interrupt them for a screwdriver but promised he would remove my tags and keep them for me to pick up. Called today to make sure the license plate was removed and there as promised and they are not and the car has been towed and lied in the phone saying I didn't make it clear what I wanted ‍ how much clearer could I have made it when I asked for a screwdriver to do something you should've offered to do for me. BTW that's where I bought my vehicle from and had no problem in sales but because people like this man work there I will never be back read more

I bought my vehicle used in August of 2021 with a 2 year extended bumper to bumper warranty that I paid for. I would never have bought there if it had not been for our friend Chris Thompson being a salesman there at the time. Unfortunately, he has since passed away. I've bought many vehicles from Chris and he has always made sure my family vehicles are taken care of. I noticed an issue with bubbling paint shortly after buying. Chris worked with the service and body shop to make sure the issues were addressed and taken care of. Not long after, around May, I began have some other issues with the car that I assumed would be covered under warranty, some things were minor like my auto driver window only working going down but not up, some were more major like a check engine light and a sputter while driving. It took some time but I worked with Chris to get everything addressed under my warranty. The ball was dropped many times by the service department after that. Things were missed, parts were not ordered, claims were not filed properly. I was told the previous employee who took my case left the company and Chris got me in touch with someone else in service who was taking over and it seems things were on the right track. I let a few minor things slide by but in October of 2022 when I was assured all parts needed were there I had a scheduled appointment to have the work done. The service department was aware I would be waiting on the vehicle. I waited for 4 hours in the waiting room for the lady to come and tell me that they were sorry no parts were there and they couldn't complete anything that day. I was pretty upset but they agreed to give me a free oil change and set me up with a rental car so when the parts were in I could come drop it off and have the rental vehicle at their expense. That sounded reasonable so I agreed. About a week later I was notified parts were there and my drop off and rental vehicle were scheduled. I had already missed hours of work for the first appointment so I let them know I would have to be timely dropping off the vehicle and picking up the rental. Long story short I missed another 2 hour of work doing this. My vehicle sat at this dealership for the next 4 months. After a month I began checking in. Time after time I was told it'll be ready next week but "next week" never came. After month 3 I checked in and only HALF of the list of items had been addressed so I reminded of the rest of the list, that they did have in writing, and they got to work. I eventually contacted the service manager who got my car back to me quickly. They delivered it and picked up my rental to return and gave me some free oil changes. When I got the car back I noticed I still have the same issue with my window, my leather seat is slit, and my front bumper is cracked. After months back and forth about that the solution was that they weren't going to pay for the bumper even though it happened on their lot and that I could buy new seats out of pocket and they would reimburse me. It also only took about a week after receiving my car back for the check engine light to come back on. My car has since been in the shop there 3 more times for the check engine issue and each time spark plugs and coil packs are changed. Nothing is done to find the root of the issue. I'm now out of my warranty as so much time was wasted by ramey Ford and I am still stuck with the issue that I'm having issues affording. I've contacted ford and they have been no help so I am seeking legal counsel around this situation. I could go on and give more issues and details but I will never buy from this dealership again. read more

Really don't recommend the small area below Ramey Ford in Princeton. They are really rude and not helpful whatsoever. They get mad if you back out on a deal and they didn't even want to give me the bolts to put my tag back on my original vehicle. They also tried selling me a vehicle 10k over book value. This is written more towards the parts department. Had a super hard time finding a part for my daily driver was told by local multiple dealerships parts would take a couple weeks to get and I'm out of luck. I started calling dealerships near border states then went outwards two states and stumbled on Ramsey Ford. As luck would have it they had two of the parts and even confirmed it was in his hands as we spoke. I bought over the phone and told him where I was driving from 228 miles away. You could tell he was shocked and even gave me a slight discount for traveling so far. Even full priced it was 52% cheaper than local stealerships! With gas and discount I still saved 40.00 best 8 hour round trip I've ever taken! I can't say enough how great this parts department is!! They even set it up that if I didn't make it before they closed the showroom receptionist would have it at her desk for a late pickup and I know he followed through on that because we walked to reception to get the parts!!!! Will absolutely use this dealership again gladly!!! Send your business their way they will do right by you!!!! read more

Took my 2022 Bronco Wildtrak in for a TSB (recall) for my back window (soft top). When I went to pick it up after they worked on it, the window had a 18" scratch across it. I told the service dept. about it and Steve the "manager" said it was like that when I dropped it off and that the tech working on it notated. He proceeds to show me a hand written note on the back of the work sheet. Luckily for me I took a video walk around of my vehicle after I dropped it off. I showed him the video and he still wanted to argue and see the time stamp. Like I would just stop by and take videos of my car in their lot! I eventually made a big enough scene in front of other customers that his manager came out and saw the video and ordered me a new one. He however lied to me and said the the tech who lied would be charged for the window. Had I not had the video I would've been stuck replacing a part that they obviously damaged. read more

I chatted with Charity Cook about the vehicle prior to my visit to the dealership. Once there my wife and I worked with LT Schoonover to work out a deal that was agreeable to both parties.
