I've been here multiple times and am always greeted by the staff with such hospitality. It is clear that everyone here is hard working and attentive to every customers needs. Food comes out fast & it's always consistent. Nathalie, the one running the cash register during my last visit greeted as soon as walked through the door and took my order. When I had questions she knew the answers & gave me suggestions on what I should order when I had no clue what I'd want. The Tonkotsu ramen did not have a creamy broth at all. It was more watery like a Shoyu broth. The flavor of the broth wasn't great either because it tasted like something from an instant ramen packet. The chicken karaage was good though. read more

They are also following all covid safety measures and as somebody who is on the cautious side, I definitely feel comfortable here. The service has always been great and today was no exception, Diose went above and beyond to accommodate my need for contactless pickup and was so polite! The first time we tried this place, the ramen was just so so. Tried it again, and it's getting much better. The broth tasted a lot better and the rest of the food was much better as well. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen, the Kara age, the salmon salad (could have had a little bigger piece of salmon), the veggie and chicken rolls, the Yaki soba noodles. I was so excited to have this place open in Clovis, I had been watching them remodel since December!! Unfortunately it is horrible ramen, really cheap noodles, really skimpy and limited toppings, we were so disappointed. We ordered shoyu, spicy miso, and tonkatsu broth. The only good broth was the spicy miso. For meat we chose Cha-su pork and tofu. There was only 2 pieces of very thin sliced pork in each bowl. The tofu actually tasted better. The protein, veggies and egg are in a separate container. The Nikuman on their Small Bites menu would make a good lunch plate. They have a decent selection of beer, wine and Sake. Give them a try! In terms of Covid 19 compliance I give them high marks. All employees were wearing masks. I always get the shoyu ramen or the chicken fried rice. If you want to try something small, the cheesy corn croquette is satisfying. I wouldn't disappoint and they wouldn't disappoint. Pork was the only good part, but couldnt handle eating more because of the distasteful broth and noodles having the most awful combo. Stench of soup is clear too. Presentation wise, quite beautiful. I ordered mine with chicken broth, wide noodles, chicken, mushrooms, and corn and the egg fried. Hubby got the spicy miso (which was pretty spicy in a good way) with wide noodles, pork, kimchi, mushrooms and fried egg. The food was ready quicker than expected, was well packaged so that nothing spilled on the way home, and was still hot when I got home. And it was really good!! I was pleasantly surprised. Came to this restaurant and the inside of it does not appear to be any Japanese ramen place we have been to. It reminds me of a fast food restaurant, some tables and they gave us the buzzer for the food which reminds me of self-serve style. I'm surprised when the staff brought our ramen to our table. My husband ordered shoyu ramen with grilled tofu and I ordered spicy miso ramen with seafood (both are custom made ramen). For appetizer, we ordered chicken karage and rock shrimp. The broth was nothing tasty, it tastes flavorless. The chicken karage was not crispy and the dipping sauce isn't tasty, just taste like some mayo thing. The rock shrimp had a lot of flavor, I liked the sauce on the battered fried shrimp. We have eaten excellent ramen in the family-owned ramen shop near our house owned by Japanese family so we know this is not too great. I would not recommend anyone to come here for ramen. They are busy around 5pm and later. I would not come here and order take out unless you want to wait 40min to 1 hr for your ramen that takes you less than 10 min to assemble. To makes matter worse, when you request for something in your order 50 min prior to receiving your order, they don't know how to listen and give you what you requested. How do you not know how to read the order when it took you 45 minutes to get to my ticket?? Oh and there is no empathy from any of their employees for the long wait time.
