We had a ordered for: Two Hot dogs with chili, French Dip, Philly Cheese steak Biscuits and Gravy with eggs Three Chicken salad sandwiches (special chicken salad) Angel was our waitress and she took great care of us...following up with drinks throughout the meal. The Philly Cheese steak was great and the member said he'd have to bring his wife out to taste this soon. I had the French dip. The beef was very good with melted cheese and side of au jus. The Au Jus was a bit salty but had good flavor. I thought the bread was a bit weak...or almost too soft, but it held together well. I would've preferred a more crispy crust with the soft inside...this had a very soft crust. (The Philly Cheese Steak guy thought it was the best, however). Everyone liked the food and had no complaints at all. Our average rating was a 4.6 for the restaurant. Angel said that the next time we came we should call ahead a day or so and she'd make sure she had a caramel cake for us to get (the last time we were here one of the guys ordered a slice of that and said it was the best he'd ever had.). Nice place, very friendly.

The menu is typical cafe samplers for breakfast, lunch, dinner for reasonable price. $2.50 may be common for OJ but seems high when I see it. Service was very pleasant and cordial. My main negative that is not on the business itself but the amount of flies you have to battle on patio makes enjoying meal difficult. The patio would be serene if not for this, I don't think I could sit out there again until the season changes. A local option for quick bite, bring a flyswatter or wait for indoor seating.

The BACON was crispy !! Just right. I also had an ice coffee with pumpkin spice flavor! To top this off try the mint / chocolate tart ‼ It's a few miles off 178. Well worth the few minute drive.

I can't wait for it to cool off so we can go hang out with some craft beer and wine around the outdoor fire pits. The food was also great, coming in at 4 stars. I had the Cow Catcher sandwich (roast beef and cheddar with horseradish) and my wife had a turkey sandwich. The Cow Catcher was everything I imagined, very bold and tangy, layered with enough meat to balance the panini style toasted bread. My wife got a turkey sandwich, but hers was short on meat and didn't pair well with cheddar. The service was good, but the server was a bit awkward. We tried to be friendly, but she wasn't very talkative. She wasn't rude or anything, just shy and a touch awkward, so we give service 4 stars. Overall, 4/5 stars, and I'll definitely be back to see if they can upgrade to 5! Also, I want to try a "mystery beer" on the next visit. I was disappointed that we were the only ones there for about 30 minutes but when we left there were 2 other parties. Hopefully business picks up. I don't want B-L to lose such a nice spot!
