Went to Ralphs Sunday 26th. No milk was stocked. & about 5 other items they were out of, that is the worst Ralphs ever to shop at. Yet they have stock boy's there & nothing is stocked go figure.end every one wants more money an hour. Isn't that a pitty.plus they had Pepsi & 7up on sale2.77 each it was called mix & match, it's still in there add this week & they charged me 4.99 each. We had to tell them no it was on sale. I don't know what everyone is complaining about. This store is clean and well-lit. If you don't want to deal with slackers who can't bag your groceries, than just go to self-checkout. It's easy and fast and you can look at the prices yourself, as each one comes up. You can also bag however many things you want, so you won't have to worry about the bags being too heavy. I just don't see how someone can be coming here for more than a year and still not be able to find things. If that's the case, ask someone or stop coming here if all it is going to do is cause you stress. read more

Super annoyed with this DELI MARKET inside Ralph's. Some days the toaster works, and some days it doesn't, I've had to call them in advance to have them start the toaster, and I get there, and they STILL HAVE NOT turned the toaster on/ set it up. They should be setting it up right when clocking in starts!!! Theres always customers disappointed that it is not in service, or "not working". And they are not apologetic about it either. I think one time or even after the second time they should learn that people like their bread toasted and it's so unnecessary and inconvenient if someone wants a homemade sandwich and they like their bread toasted..... and it's just not on because they forget to turn it on??? I have been coming here to my local Ralph's for the last six years and they have never disappointed me. I have always found what I needed even when I am jammed for time. They have self checkout, a wide assortment of flowers, a strong smorgasbord of alcohol and beer and the best part is that they have a Golden Road brewery beer here come and enjoy your friendly neighborhood Ralph's. read more

Not alot of bad things I can say about a Ralphs Store. I was going to give them 2 stars because of their terrible pricing practices. You see one price and you take it to the register and it shows up a different price. You ask or show them the price tag and it involves different qtys or different scenarios in order to get their discount. I like things simple and that was one thing I would easily complain about. First I am not a fan of the Ralph's chain. I think they overcharge on most of their items. But some things you cannot find at Trader Joes or Whole Foods. Plus they are very convenient. But this store in particular is very sucky. The people that work there seem to hate their jobs. The nicest person there is usually the guard stationed at the entrance. Whenever you need something there is never anyone to ask a question. Its like these people try to avoid you at all costs. So two stars. read more

We've been shopping at various Ralph's markets for over 35 years. This is by far the best store in terms of just about all that matters. Shelves are always well-stocked. Clean and tidy in all areas of the store. But most of all the service and great attitude of all the employees, from the department folks to the checkout people to the managers. I really Like this location. Store is really nice and clean. Customer service is always great when I am in there. Other than that, its like any other Ralph's store. The parking lot gets pretty busy though. The store is located in a plaza. It can be a little confusing at first to find what you want. This is the worst store ever.. Evertime I go there something is expired never fails.. I am in the grocery market buisness and to have so many out of code grocery items is uncalled for I am going to contact the health department. The store manager and the employees seem to be unresponsive and completely careless that their store is in such poor shape. The store manager should do his job and disipline the negligent employees responsible or expect problems for every customer that bothers to check the expiration date not to mention losing customers. I can't believe how this workers would treat a 6yr old child. We have been customers for a decade.. One of the produce workers called my child "dirty" because he grabbed an apple and smelled it. He told my mother of 67yr. "You need to teach this kids manners"!! He started arguing with my brother.. How does a Hispanic worker just like all of us treats his customers that way.??? The manager working on Thanksgiving could not have been more rude and unable to help. She does and cannot and if she could was not willing to think outside of the box to help a family in need. Review is for the Deli, I went there today. They don't use the number tickets, even though they have them there. Unless you're hugging the counter they will skip you. I wanted to buy chicken tenders, there were 2 left I ask how long until more are made. They told me they were out, but they had nuggets that was ready to be made. I said that will be fine. They told me about 10 to 15 mins. I walk around for 12 mins and go check on them. I guess they felt it was more important to put in 3 taquitos first, then after those were done they threw in 3 corndogs which was done cooking and they didn't remove until another employee asked if I needed help. I told them I have been waiting for the nuggets. 20 mins after they put in the nuggets. I decide to leave. Deli is very unorganized, Ryan heard me ask for the nuggets and he decided to put in the other 2 items first. From the self checkout to the terrible service at the deli. This Ralphs is taking a big step back. Will update my review if things change. read more

Great grocery store. Huge parking lot, great hours, helpful employees, they've got it all. The inside is very clean, and so are their bathrooms. Get a Ralph's card to earn fuel points. The gas station across the street will give you up to 20¢ off per gallon, and they normally have some of the cheapest prices to begin with. read more

This is literally the worst Ralph's location I've ever been to. You would be getting Zero stars if that was possible. Management(Tammy), Cashier(Gracie) and Security(Yasseen Shawami) are not upstanding employees and allow unwell loitering middle aged women to attack purchasing women consistently and only intervened when other shoppers came to this young woman's defense. it's one thing to feel unsafe from other store attendees to be concerned for your safety due to the lack of respect and negligence of store management and security is disgusting. Instead of deescalating this situation they proceeded to allow this person to harass this woman and that is not something I appreciate for them to only step in after other patrons came to this woman's defense is really upsetting. Because had we not said anything this woman could have been physically attacked by this psycho that is always at the store loitering, harassing other people and even keying cars and despite the many complaints they still allow this behavior. Trash trash trash I hope corporate can get this store in order because they need it or better employees read more

Went to the meat area to get a couple T-bone. There was not any out. One of the so-called meat cutters asked if he could help. I told him I was looking for T-none and has the nerve to say porterhouse was the same. I don't know where he was taught to cut meat but I do know the difference between the two cuts. I had raised, butchered and cut my own beef and know the dang difference. So now I won't trust their meat cutters. I'll get my meat elsewhere. That just riles me to no end. Ralph's you need to get somebody that know how to cut the right kind cuts of meat and not pass some other for something that's not. read more

Hookers in the parking lot pulling tricks! Got harassed several times while leaving this location Friday/Saturday nights. Management and security should get their head examined. Literally the worst run grocery store chain in the country. I moved here from San Antonio where we had HEB. These guys should visit HEB and take notes. Wider aisles, FRESH DELICIOUS BAKERY, tons more family dinner options, safe clean parking lot, ENOUGH REGISTERS OPEN(why do the incompetent managers close registers too early and force long lines). The ONLY plus side to this poorly run business is the produce section which isn't special but properly maintained. I'm also a fan of the weekly meat specials which is why I gave 2 stars. Who the F*** locks their public restrooms??? I have little managing experience but absolutely could run this store better. Open your eyes, make positive changes, stop skirting by with the minimum. Update: Whole Foods smashes Ralph's. If you don't believe me go check out their meat and fish section, quality is levels higher for a small increase in prices with some items being similarly priced. read more

Since the first time I shopped here three years ago after moving into the neighborhood, I have been impressed by how friendly the staff here is. I've been greeted by the manager within the store, asking if I was finding everything okay. The produce guys always greet me the same way, and the cashiers are super-friendly. The store is clean and well organized. My two gripes are 1) the produce selection can be iffy if you shop late on a Saturday and 2) there never seem to be enough baggers. (I've taken to just starting it myself if I am buying a lot, so I don't have to wait for the cashier to finish scanning and then start bagging.) read more

Great service at gas station. Yesterday my tire needs air. A young man at the booth helped me and even check my other tires. Iam handicap and cannot bend. This is my "local" grocery store and have been shopping here for a very long time until today. I will NEVER come back to this store. I'd rather drive 5 miles away to go to Vons in Northridge. This Ralphs dairy manager accused my husband of stealing a wine bottle simply because we decided it was not worth the time to wait in a long line for a bottle of wine and cookies. On our way out we were approached by the dairy manager and his question to my husband was "where is the bottle?" My husband was very upset (naturally) and so was I. Actually I was livid. We asked why was he accusing my husband of stealing a bottle of wine?!!!! The employee did not have an answer. He asked us to leave the store and when we wouldn't he called the store manager whom also did not know why my husband was accused of stealing. She didn't care to handle the situation in a professional manner. She just wanted us gone. When i went back to look for a store manager i asked an employee named Jeff if the store manager was around, he said to me " i dnt know where the manager is, m'l supposed to know??!! There is always a shortage of baskets at this location. I always have to go to the back of a register to pick one up. They should be located at the front of the store when people walk in like any normal store has. Also, why are the carts so far away from the actual entrance. I feel like I have to walk so far just to get a cart. They should teach the workers to put the carts closer to the store entrance and make it more convenient for shoppers. read more
