First time here and parking lot seems small but I got the parking easily. Just come here to pick up some snacks. As I waked around I saw a lot of fresh produce and variety of groceries. The place is just busy as other traders joes. Employee asked me if I need some help finding stuff. Overall experience was great. I will be back again.

Shopping in Encino, California... Since we were in the area, Niki S., Jeff V., and I went to look for the pastel-colored mini tote bags that were supposed to be released today (Nurses' Day, May 6, 2025). This Encino location had a one-way in, and one-way out traffic pattern. I just ran in and grabbed two pastel green bags because that's all they had left - in a shopping cart... and two bags per customer was the limit. Well... I didn't expect much because the store opened at 8am and it was afternoon already. I was happy with a sample of Rhubarb pie... thank you! The worker who was offering the samples was very cheerful and friendly! I would return if I was back in the area and had more time!

Probably the worst parking and weirdest lay out of any Trader Joe's I've been to but due to it being this way I always find what I need I feel like Lines are always short and quick and the flower selection here is unbeatable even one days following up to Mother's Day they will still have a crazy variety.

The neighborhood TJ that you have to plan your strategies on when to go...Lol... It's not bad, they carry everything just like all the other locations. The staff and service is great. Everyone has always been amazing and very helpful each and everytime I've been. Whatever I need, they always have. It's smaller than some of the location so it can get a little crowded in the store. The only downside, the parking situation. It's a small lot and pretty tight. Trying to get in can be a hassle as if someone is pulling out and trying to park, it does back up the whole entrance. It's really a one way in one way out situation but you have the rude few that will try to leave through the main entrance and backing up traffic getting in. Beside that, it's the neighborhood TJ.

It feels like pumpkin season is here when I walked into this Trader Joe's. They have different kinds of pumpkins products and a lot of variety of food products like desserts and wines. Even though it was crowded, they have a lot of staff at checkout counters and we didn't wait that long. I was surprised to see a lot of pumpkin products at this store.

This is what you call business. It's 7:45 and people are lined up to go. Amazing. TJ's can't do anything wrong. Despite a tight and uncomfortable parking lot, call backs, etc. nothing phases this chain. Needless to say, I am a big fan myself. Good job.

I love to visit Trader Joe's on Friday night/Saturday morning. Parking lot is fairly small, however okay to get in/out of private parking lot. Produce is fresh, staff is extremely helpful and the cashiers are friendly and engaging (service with a smile when I think of this store). Trader Joe's has wide aisles and fully stocked shelves. Overall, the store has a fun, fresh vibe. Many staff members wear hawaiian themed shirts; nautical theme which makes me smile. I like purchasing packaged dinners/wine for a quick meal, their ice cream and cookies. Cheers!~

2 things bro. Alright look I love Trader Joe's but this store had me feeling like I'm color blind. That big red cover that's over the flowers makes ALLLLL the flowers look like they are beautiful and pink. Once you walk out of the red cover the flowers look discolored which has me going back and forth trying to find the right color of flowers. Under the cover purple is bright pink. Pale pink is bright pink or orange. It's confusing. Now for my second thing. Creativity and imagination is always important in any job environment. But there's somethings we just have to keep to ourselves . Who ever thought and approved vanilla ice cream with onion powder was a great idea needs to keep that to themselves PLEASE! This is a diabolical move to the community

Very course grind even though I had set the machine to maximum "Turkish" setting.
    Niko G.

I love Trader Joe's, and I love their coffee. often times the coffee is the deciding factor to shop here. However, this location's coffee grinder does not work. It only grinds one setting and that is a very unusable course setting. Over the course of several months now I've told management at least 4 times that there is a problem they pretend to care and say they'll get it looked at, but so far it still hasn't been fixed. It's a real shame, I now have to drive to a different Trader Joe's further away just so I can use a coffee grinder that actually works. You can see in the picture the grind is clearly very course even though I had the machine set to "Turkish", which should literally look like powder. The setting dial simply does nothing and I can't get the proper grind for my drip machine or anything else for that matter. It's too course to make any sort of a decent cup.

Open door. Lots of people inside.

Trader Joe's is supposed to have friendly staff and compassionate service. We'll don't bother with this location, especially at 9:03pm when you need ONE thing and the staff in the lot won't let you inside even though there are still customers inside and the doors are open. I've never experienced something like this at any grocery store. Spend your money somewhere else.

Ahoy matey, set your sails and get ready for a delicious adventure when you enter Trader Joe's! What makes you keep returning to this store is the fresh, organic, high quality products here. The have unique seasonal products like pumpkin Brownies and maple cream cookies, the cheese selection is unbeatable with flavors like caramelized onion and bread cheese. Refreshing kombuchas, juices, coconut water and their famous Jo jo cookies. Also the Danish Kringle! My god, that is one of the greatest things I've ever put inside my mouth. You come here to get one item and leave with a cart full, your wallet a little lighter. My only complaint: the crowds....so many people here. No matter what day or time it's an ocean of human beings. Anxiety attack, here I come. Also chaotic parking lot. I've witnessed several fights break out over a parking spot. The employees are known for being waaay too talkative and friendly here. I'm not a fan of small talk but I appreciate the nice words from the kind staff here. Love this place

Whenever I go down to the Los Angeles area to visit family I always make it a must to get some quality Jewish and/or Israeli food! Unfortunately our options for both are limited up in Northern California, but Angelenos are spoiled with their plethora of options in this space! I hadn't been to Super Sal Market in years! Probably since I had lived in the L.A. area 10 or so years ago. Super Sal is located in the South San Fernando Valley (Encino to be exact) on Ventura and White Oak. It is a Kosher/ Jewish grocery store that has a wide array of Jewish/Kosher/Israeli products! I was in the need for some Israeli spices to bring back to my wife so I knew I had to hit Super Sal up! When you walk in you're automatically amazed at how many Israeli products they've imported! Anything and everything from cereals, shampoos, cutlery, and even ice cream!!! (Seriously, someone tell me how that works?? Wouldn't it melt on the way over here?) You honestly feel like you're in Israel! They also have freshly baked breads, a deli section, and a wide variety of Sephardic foods too! I'm not as familiar with Sephardic Jewish food so it always intrigues me to see new goods I didn't know about before! Even if you're not Jewish or Israeli, a visit to Super Sal Market is still a fantastic cultural experience getting to see all the meats, foods, imported items, and more! I give Super Sal 4 out of 5 stars because they are a little expensive (which I get because a lot of their products are imported or difficult to find). And I wish their floors were a little cleaner. But at a time when antisemitism and Jew hatred is high in America it's important to support Jewish shop owners. In a nutshell, if you're in the San Fernando Valley and are looking for Jewish, Kosher, or Israeli products, hit up Super Sal for a unique shopping experience!

Instead of realizing it may have been left there by someone else, the woman aggressively snatched the cup from her hand, and continued escalating the situation. The conversation was happening in Korean, and she began insulting them, saying they didn't even speak Korean and couldn't understand what she was saying. We are Korean by the way. All of this over a tiny paper sample cup that wasn't even theirs. The cashier seemed confused and was apologetic, clearly unsure why this woman was acting this way.
