Store is nice but the management is cheap af. Only have 1 cashier in the whole store at 8pm. Everyone that wants liquor can't use the self checkout so the line is huge! Store is good and well stocked just ridiculous understaffed. I think they need at least 1 more cashier to work the night shift on weekends.

Ralph's is my go-to grocery store, offering a wide variety of fresh produce, meats, and more. The spacious parking lot and clean restrooms make shopping here a breeze. Recently, I noticed an influx of ants in my home and decided to pick up some ant killer at Ralph's. They had several options to choose from, and I'm hopeful that it will solve the problem.

This superstore located inside the shipping plaza is huge and well maintained. The produce was fresh. The staff was friendly when need to locate few items and walked with me to locate. Great ambiance and multiple checkout lanes. You can get produce, grab and go food, home essentials and a wellsfargo center inside.

Ralphs is a very reliable and convenient go-to option for everyday shopping in California, especially Southern California. It offers a wide selection of goods and frequent promotions, making it easy to meet a household's basic needs. While the shopping environment and the quality of fresh produce might not be top-tier, its extensive coverage and overall value for money make it one of the primary supermarkets for local residents. It might not be the top choice for customers seeking the absolute lowest prices or a premium shopping experience, but it's definitely a practical choice that "won't let you down." They also stay open very late, which is really convenient!

Never order Starbucks here again !

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at ***Starbucks*** inside this market place Don't come here for your drink, they treat customer poorly and their drink is bad. We come here to order drink during our trip nearby.I ordered a drink with salted foam, but when I tried it, it turned out to be vanilla foam. I've ordered the salted foam from Starbucks hundred times before, so I know the difference. At first, a barista named Scarley told me she could give me a bags of salt so I could add as much as I wanted. Then another employee offered to remake my drink, and Scarley threw my original drink into the trash very harshly. They kept making my second drink incorrectly. When I pointed out that I had ordered 8 scoops of matcha but she only added 6, she insisted that I had ordered 6 and asked to see my order history on my phone. When I looked it up to show her, she refused to look and instead searched through the trash for the previous cup. At that point, I told her not to remake my drink because I felt I was being treated unfairly and possibly discriminated against. She responded by saying, "Yes, I am racist." That was a terrible experience. My friends and family who were with me also witnessed what happened, and we all felt very disappointed. This is not how Starbucks should treat their customers--no matter if they are American, Asian, African, or of any background.

Going to make chicken soup from scratch

Huge super market with equally large fruit and merchandise. Found everything for chicken soup from scratch as it's supposed to be good for colds and 2 out of 3 of us was coughing. Whole chicken, potatoes, carrots, onion, celery, Italian seasoning and mini elbow macaroni. We already had garlic cloves and garlic salt at "home."

I saw Ralphs Kosher Experience on Chabad and thought, "Let's see if this place really has kosher stuff." Walked in -- looked like any regular Ralphs -- and I was like, meh, pretty disappointing. Then I turned the aisle and boom -- kosher central! Salads, bakery, prepared food (yum), meat (for those who eat it lol), cheese, pizzas by the slice and oven-ready ones too, groceries, even Doritos. Basically everything, even Shabbat candles... but not the kitchen sink (yet). Honestly, this is now my new favorite spot. It's close, it's convenient, and hey -- kosher shopping without the drama? Yes please!

Let me say that the majority of people that I rave about Rave about Ralphs disagree with me!!!! Those people really need to open your eyes! This is the absolute 100% truth! Vons is more expensive by a whopping $2.00 per item than Ralphs!!!!!!' The people that work at Ralph's are HAPPY, and you can't say that about Vons. Vons won't hire managers, so their employees work double shifts or, there is one person to help you like in the deli only one location of the store. If they don't have enough people they just close are and stop sticking or registers are closed. Helluyea you won't find any of that at Ralphs. Their quality of food is 100% better, fresher, and tastier. Ralphs employees are HAPPY PEOPLE, they are treated with respect, and the treat their customers the same way!!!!!

I have been to this Vons location several times and typically to just pick up a few groceries for a weekend or a random visit to pick up a specific item. I recall visiting this store when Safeway/Albertsons/Vons had their annual Monopoly game way back when and then the Flavor Adventure through the app a few years ago, too. While I haven't taken advantage of the curbside pick-up at this location, I know it is offered here. I do have a membership for FreshPass (which I got last year at the 50% off promotion). There are great sales from the weekly doorbuster sales to daily promotions to Friday or weekend promotions to general sales prices. For approximately $99 per year (or the occasional $49 promotional price), you can sign up for FreshPass, which includes unlimited free delivery on orders over $30, $5 monthly credit for annual subscribers, earn 2X points on our exclusive brands, save 5% on O Organics, Open Nature, or Signature Pet Care, points don't expire, a VIP phone line, and monthly exclusive Starbucks perks. I really appreciate the $5 monthly credit and the Starbucks perks (to buy a grande-sized drink for only $2 every month). Between those two alone, you more than make back when you spend on the program. Even if you don't join the program, you can earn points for every purchase to redeem for free items, store discounts, or gas discounts plus extra points during your birthday month. While I haven't shopped at this store often enough to see trends for better or worse, I have enjoyed the few visits to this location. I appreciate the great promotions for a weekly doorbuster, they often still have the items in stock while other nearby stores no longer do (like $0.97 per pound chicken breast). I plan on continuing to visit this store in the future when I need a quick grocery store shopping stop when visiting San Diego!

But when I got to the aisles near the back right and all the way to the right it felt very messy. I honestly just skipped those last three aisles because of it. Looks like they were mid restocking and then just stopped. The dairy section runs alongside the meats in the back. There's a florist that's sizeable as well. Great variety of selection in their clearance dept and their produce / bakery section had everything I could possibly want and more. Super happy with that area of the store.

A lot of times they don't. And I guess management doesn't like working there either because they are not very friendly or helpful. Maybe they are as frustrated as their customers. Upper management needs to take a good hard look at this store. It's services a lot of seniors and one would think they would be better at their job helping those who need assistance. Oh well. The grocery aspect was in full view as there were shelves with dried goods and displays of refrigerated products. I was told that pasta dishes and other food offerings will be added to the menu which only comprised of several sandwiches available from 10:30 to 3:30. The prices ranged from $15 to $19. I chose the Americano which consisted of asiago fresco, prosciutto, genoa salami, coppa, bell peppers, and lettuce on focaccia. The sandwich was sliced into two square halves and wrapped in foil. I liked the variety of deli meats included, however the size was small for $18. A spread of some sort would have also enhanced the flavors of the ingredients as the product was a bit dry. I will come back to try the pasta and whatever other hot dishes they may have. For now, I gave a three star rating for Gusto Deli & Bistro.
