I want to start this by saying that I only live about a mile from this Rally's. I went there tonight and when I got home (less than five minutes later) my mozzarella sticks were ice cold. I don't mean room temperature, they actually felt like they had been in the refrigerator. I had also decided to try the Philly cheese steak bites. If they had been sitting around less than four hours I'd be shocked. Cold and the parts that weren't hard were like rubber. Called to speak to a manager only to be hung up on. Tried calling back for a half hour getting no answer. Finally when someone answered he told me they were too busy for me to talk to a manager and I need to call back in the morning he then said "I won't be talking to you" laid the phone down without hanging it up and left me there. I visited this particular location for the first time about two months ago. My only confusion was the drive through entrance. There is one reserved for those who are delivering. Just pay attention to the signs so you don't goof up like me. This place offers the same yummy menu as their other locations. Hubby and I love the Baconzilla. That's what we crave and what brings us back again and again. Their fries are pretty good, too. They are battered which gives them an extra crunch. I suggest getting a little honey mustard to dip them in. The drive through was fast and easy. The only thing I could possibly complain about is that the cheese on my burger wasn't melted because the burger wasn't quite hot enough. But I know I'll be back anyway. lol read more

This has to be the worst Rally's I've ever been to. 1/3 of the time, they say their systems are down. Another 1/3 of the time, they say they're cash only. The remaining 1/3 of the time they are so slow and so rude that I don't even stay. Rally's used to be my favorite fast food joint. But this is the only one even remotely near my house. Every month or so I decide to give this location another chance and I'm always disappointed. read more

I love Rally's. And they have always gotten my order right. The fries are unique and delicious. The burger is yummy too.

Food is normally what I expect it to be, but I can hardly actually drink anything they serve. It always tastes way off for some reason. I don't know if it's because the don't clean the machines as often or if it's just the syrup but it's disgusting unfortunately :( the wait in the drive through is usually awful but I don't believe it's the fault of the workers. I typically wait 20 minutes or more with only five or less cars in line. Most tend to pull off. I recommend doing DoorDash since they have a separate window for them. It's much faster. :) read more

On 10.6.19 my husband made a purchase for $7.04 at 11:19 pm with my credit card. On 10.11.19 at 3:16 am a purchase was made at this same Rally's for $13.66; however, I'm not quite sure WHO made this purchase, as the card was in my possession and we were both asleep. I left a google review about the fraudulent charge & the 'owner' replied the next day stating I should contact them via the 800# in the weblink provided. I tried to contact the restaurant directly twice, but no one ever answered. Then I called the 800 number - the representative I spoke with said they would investigate the matter & someone would be back in contact. Then I filed a police report with the Dayton PD. The detective who is spoke w/ Rally's s said they are unwilling to share the security camera footage unless I pursue legal action. While I'm not terrible hung up on the amount of money that was charged (Venmo was amazing & has already refunded the $13.66) my problem resides in the lack of accountability that Rally's is taking. I can't help but wonder WHO they are trying to protect and WHO ELSE this has happened to in the past. A small charge is easy to miss when reviewing your bill and/or bank account. It's certainly possible I would have missed it, if it weren't for the Venmo app notifying me when purchases are made. read more

I was doordashing late the other night. As I was waiting at the window, I watched the employee continue to rub her nose, then rub it on her coat and then proceed to get food ready for guests. People in the car you literally have to pull around. Also cant do add ons at the window. 3 Sometimes the wait time is ridiculous. 4. So my dad, my step mom and myself went through there the other day. I have waited to review so I could calm down. A lot. The people here are very rude and the food is hit or miss. We were in the drive-thru ordering. After every item we ordered they said "is that all". I do mean EVERY item. Three people wee ordering so you could imagine how frustrating that was. When we pulled up to the window and the very rude uneducated girl at the window kept saying the total to us in between her shoving her hand in my face and interrupting our "conversation" to literally scream "I axed y'all if that was it!" to the unfortunate person at the speaker behind us. The food was B grade. We also ordered at the window instead of driving through. No one was there when we arrived. There were three people in our party but they only took my order. We then stood there as 7-9 cars arrived and drove through and got there food and drove off. I finally knocked on the window and they said it was their policy to get all the cars through before filling walk up orders. They acted like I should have known that and never apologized. The other two people with me got back in the car and drove through to get their food. It was absurd to say the least. The manager said that was the policy and refused to give me her name - very weird. She wouldn't look at me or come up to the window either like she could completely care less. Then a worker was standing on the side of the restaurant clapping his hands all by himself for some weird reason like he was on drugs or something.
