Back in the Bay Area, are choices were a combination of Safeway, Trader Joes, and Grocery Outlet. We're very familiar with the Carson City Trader Joes and we've yet to visit either of the 2 area Grocery Outlets. Gayle's Mom thought we should give this Smith's a try. We did, and for now, No. Our usual factors are selection, price, flow through the store (including shopping the perimeter) and check-out service. For the couple times we've been here, it's just OK and for now, not worth the drive. We all have our shopping quirks and right now our choice is the Carson Raley's.

I worked retail for a long time so I understand things happen. The following day I come in for appointment and they said the tires are here but the paper was send to Carson city... just waiting for the manager to override this so we can help you.... I waited 1 hour and still no help... the older man said the manager knows but it busy. I waited another 30 minutes and still no answer.... I looked for the manager in the store and found her! I reminded her that the nice older man was waiting for her approval and there a line in the tire center- She was rude! She said it's not her priority and she'll get there when she does.... I told her he's been waiting for awhile and I said thank you my appointment was over an hour ago .... She was rude Again and said move out of the costumer service line. No " I'm sorry and I will help" no please set out of the line and I will get to you soon". Nothing! Just rude, nasty , older big woman barking orders . Shame !!! This lady needs to learn to desolate herself and the situation. She needs training on customer service. In my opinion she's too old and grumpy to be working anyway. I have been using the Walmart pharmacy for years now. Management has changed and the pharmacy is…read moregoing downhill. I ordered a refill on line as normal for diabetes medication. I am supposed to receive 90 days worth of the medication.. I didn't realize until I was almost out of the medication that I was shorted 60 pills(all paperwork noted 90, I only received 30). I guess they don't keep track of inventory, instead of giving me the 60 pills they owed me they had to look at their camera to see if they really shorted me. I was told the couldn't tell. They still wouldn't give me what was owed, instead they piece killed it, I had to keep going back so they could give me about 7-10 at a time. They ended up filling the prescription that insurance would cover with copay of 135.00 for 90 pills. They still shorted me about 15 pills. It was a horrible experience, I have no trust in the current management. I am looking at changing pharmacies
