2 1/2 weeks ago I stopped into this location to pick up a pair of new eyeglasses…read more The initial meeting, which included a fitting and a conversation with one of the technicians was excellent, and a decision to purchase was made. At the time of purchase, I was told that it would take two weeks to receive my glasses, and they would be sent directly to my home. Unfortunately Two weeks to the day I received a notification that my glasses had arrived, at which point I confirmed that they were to be sent to me by mail since I live three hours away from the location. However, after not having received my glasses I contacted the location at which point they told me they still had my glasses and they had not been mailed. And then question whether or not I had paid the shipping fee which was insulting considering I had given them $600 for the purchase which included the fee. So now I continue to wait, which is not the end of the world I just had always assumed anything that required medical insurance to purchase should be hot held to a higher standard of service. Due to the fact of falls under medical jurisdiction Update: They had someone look into my situation, they get my business back.

I called to see what Eagle Vision could do for me after giving me the incorrect prescription from the beginning & they are trying to charge me $55 JUST TO LOOK AT MY GLASSES & only to compare the glasses with their prescription they had wrote me, instead of make it right & write me a new prescription. They gave me no option for them to make it right, other than charge me more $ just to even LOOK at the glasses with THEIR faulty prescription. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I live in Mammoth, so not only did I already have to drive 3 hours, pay a lot of $ for gas, & the prescription itself. BUT now that my insurance was already used up for the next year, I have to go elsewhere & pay more $ out of pocket for another ophthalmologist to make Eagle Vision's screw up right. 100% do NOT recommend. Absolutely unfair how they run their pricing & business for their customers. I am never coming here again & neither should you.

The person who attended to me, NOT ASSISTED, was like a "car salesman ". Have worked around them for 4 years and are easy to spot. While she was attending to another customer she told me to look at a certain selection of glasses. Once she was finished she asked if I had found a pair and I asked which were the covered glasses. She immediately had a change in attitude for the worse as if she no longer wanted to attend to me. She hastily brought over the box and I looked through it. She walked away and seemed like she was hoping I hurriedly found something bc she seemed uninterested in helping. The only thing I could ascertain this attitude to is someone who was not going to "Make a commission or an Upsale" to which this seemed very apparent and transparent by her attitude! This business should be closed and lose its customers for the awful treatment of staff from start to finish. Then should be professional from start to finish irregardless of a persons means or decision.
