This facility acts like they care the first time in so they can hook you in to signing up for a 3…read moremonth contract and then they neglected to tell me that after I fulfill my contract that I have to physically tell them to cancel. Why should I need to when I signed up for three months only! They stole $79 from my bank account and when I disputed it they told the bank I owed it when I didn't! When I reached out for a refund I was told that they would give it to me however that was canceled in may and it's almost August as and they refuse to refund my money back! I keep getting some snotty person emailing me telling me there's nothing they need to do um hello refund what you stole! So buyer beware if you sign up ask for the fine print In writing or get screwed over! Not to mention that the only one I wanted to see who knew what he was doing was never there and when he was I was forced to use another adjuster that didn't quite cut it. So I feel like the whole 3 months were a waste of time and money!

The receptionist was very helpful and courteous and worked me into the schedule on the Friday of a Holiday weekend when she had a cancelation! Thank you! My experience only got better from there when Dr. Dimitry came in to see me. He was very through, listened to my symptoms, asked me questions for clarification, and explained every adjustment he made and why. He is very approachable and didn't try to sell me a "family plan" or some other foolishness. I really felt like he cared about making me better and I appreciate that. I didn't mention any problem areas specifically or for her to pay particular attention to a certain area, but when I asked about it Marilyn told me she ran out of time. It is not my responsibility to watch the clock and I was a bit put off by this. I do get massages on a regular basis and this is a first for me. This is not a full body massage in my opinion and I will not be returning.
