The 2 workers were super nice- they had my prescription ready literally in 5 mins after it was received. Also the pharmacist was super helpful and told me how to take it so that it absorbs better. To contrast, last time I got this medication at Walmart it was a horrible experience. The walmart pharmacy took over 20 minutes even though there was no one else there (I think the pharmacist did it on purpose). She also did NOT give me the absorption advice (even though it was my first time getting this medication). Even though Walmart is a few blocks closer to me, I think I will switch to Walgreens! These workers had a good attitude and were very efficient AND wore their face masks (unlike some other questionable places).

First, they know my name when I show up and they use it. My initial feeling is good. Second, they make sure that the meds are dosed properly. This week it was odd to the pharmacist that the medicine I had been prescribed by my doctor was half the normal dosage. He suggested that I call the doctor to verify, and, sure enough, he was correct. I needed to take two pills a day and not just one. Third, on a return visit one of the representatives asked if I was feeling better. Simply put, very nice customer service. We've used them for a long long time, we've stood in the lines, we've seen how busy they can be, and yet the current crew makes it all work. Thanks again Raley's, you've made my day.

Not a worker was on the floor to help. Called for someone for about 15 minutes. Manager Justin comes running out all huffy. Makes a half hearted apology about "helping an associate" (I thought customers came first). When told what we wanted to look for, he sarcastically said "It was right there in front of you". Went up to pay and put my registered number in there. I was not able to get to my email with the coupon so I thought they would have that there when I put in my number. He said it wasn't and that it had to load to a card or something like that. Which is new to me because up until recently that had never been an issue. In fact associates always seemed to automatically know without being shown anything. Regardless, he had no right to be so rude. Totally unacceptable in my book. Wish I could give a zero. One star is too good! UPDATE: Although I just found in the email that I have to apply the coupon to the card, my rating still stands because the service was still poor and he was very snippy.
