Extremely rude staff and the nurse lied and threw a fit in the office! I have a call into the corporate office. I was very nice as I was speaking to her about the change in my insurance was wrong and I provided them with the update last month. Even gave them the printout of the care, as I did not have a physical card yet. She told me they had updated their systems and had nothing. Then asked me why I was there.. I explained. She then pulled up from some place, my orders... strange cause she just told me they had nothing... and then printed out my insurance cards from the appointment in January. I simply asked her where she got those from and why my updated infor was not there if she had that.... At that point she became very upset and started to get very snotty with me. I asked why she was getting annoyed and rude and she told me I was first. I said no I was not rude at all. She then told me she would not tap to me or draw my blood cause she didn't have to! And told me to go someplace else. I told her that was fine, I asked for her name, she refused and I asked for a supervisors contact.. she told me she didn't have a supervisor.... And she gave me a number to call and at the Dane time told me that she was going to call her supervisor and tell her I was calling... I asked her, why did you just tell me you didn't have a supervisor? She got extremely mad! As I was leaving the faces of the people in the waiting room was crazy.. I said out loud did I deserve any of that, a lady and man said absolutely not! This was unprofessional unprovoked and ridiculous behavior! Horrible! Will not use this place again ever! Even if I have to pay out of pocket! Have complaint into main office! read more

Horrible place! Front desk people are rude and dismissive! This office NEVER answers the phone and never returns calls. Results are difficult to obtain and impossible to order copies of. They tell you they will call when results are ready but the call never comes! Been through this several times now because my Doctors office insists on using this provider. Sounds very much like an understaffed/underpaid reaction, which seems to be a common issue with most of their offices! This review applies to the Minden Nevada office. read more

Do not go here. Clearly the employees do not enjoy their job and have no customer service training. Soften your tone and allow me to finish my question. I had two distinct lab orders and only one was found hmm. I was chastened for not having a paper order. The lady manning the desk should not be in the medical field. Trying to get labs done which are ordered by out of state doctors has been complicated despite using a national lab like LabCorp. I can't blame the staff for the terrible communications between doctors' offices and the draw sites. But as a physician myself, I was impressed with how hard the staff-- Leeanne and Laura-- worked to straighten out my situation and get me drawn without giving up. These ladies were pleasant to all who preceded me, and took a ridiculous amount of energy to get me through. I applaud them for their determination, because it took at least 20 minutes for the acceptance of the orders that I hand brought it, but naturally all the info that they needed to complete the labs wasn't on the forms issued to me. Extra compliments to Laura-- an exceptional phlebotomist who was upbeat, and kind and fast with her task and of course, painless. I am grateful to these ladies for going the extra mile. read more

I drive down to this location from South Lake Tahoe a few times a year since my insurance prefers this vendor. They are WAY cheaper than Barton and it's worth the drive. Super easy check-in process (especially now since Covid has come on the scene). Today I went in without an appointment and expected to wait an hour since there were quite a few people ahead of me. I went out to my car and was texted within 10-15 minutes. My phlebotomist, Laura, is SUPER friendly and professional. I've gotten her a few times and I am always pleased with her work. Definitely worth the drive! Plus there's a Starbucks in the same parking lot which is awesome after you've been fasting for a blood test! read more

The girls in Minden Lab Corps are always nice and professional! I just hate how long the waits get, some times it the same girl drawing blood and doing paperwork! The people are good, just always short staffed and bad hours! read more

If you can go to ANY other place, go there! My partner and I have tried to get our labs done several times here and they are always closed, even during their "posted" hours. They also never answer their phone when you call.. tried about 20 times over several months. This time was the icing on the cake.. we go 20 min before close and they have an issue with his order so we step outside to call his provider and when we go back to tell the receptionist that it is all sorted out (7 minutes before their lunch break) they have locked the door!! She doesn't even step out to tell us anything, just locks us out. I'm not sure where people learned their customer service or manors, but when it comes to important labs regarding someone's health, you'd think people would be more considerate.. beyond disappointed and angry with this place. People take time off of work and fast for these labs and they aren't even considerate enough to talk to you. read more

What's wrong with this place? Why am I confirmed for a place that is closed. Over an hour drive and locked doors. No notification.

I had a 9 o'clock appointment. I got there at 8:50, they took me back immediately even before my appointment time, signed me in, had my blood drawn, and I was out of there within five minutes. Amazing work there people. read more

Unprofessional Personal phone calls overheard while waiting, staff using profanity. Check in list is visible to public- major privacy violation. Staff uninformed and not trained to draw specific immunoglobulin tests, and did not appear to take the Dr.'s lab draw tests seriously, making jokes about what was needed, well within public earshot of the Unprofessional - don't go - when asked for a clean alcohol swab, as the other had already touched other surfaces, the phlebotomist rolled her eyes and argued instead- I insisted- then she placed the old one on the venue puncture site before I could say no- not up to par- not standard practice. Per a very loud personal call, that was easily overheard in the waiting room, she was already upset before performing my draw. Don't take it out on patients, and use standard practice - pt. safety first- so continuing education and learn new requirements. Unacceptable.waiting room. Very disappointing. read more

My son and I both had to get blood drawn this morning...I was a little concerned about the previous review...there were two ladies working in the office, they were both very professional...the phlabotomist was excellent...my son and I both have blood draw horror stories, she was quick and painless...I would rate them a five today for their service if they could have had someone else to help them in the office as it got fairly busy as we were leaving...I just want to say thank you and good job. read more

The people were rude to me, I could hear them complaining about my bloodwork order and they lied about not being able to send me results also, I had to call and complain about them to their boss. I also heard them complaining about other people and their medical records. Hopefully they were reprimanded. I wish my insurance would let me go elsewhere. read more

I have had a great experience with the Lab Corp staff in the Minden office. They are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to accommodate my mother who is disabled. The only criticism I have would be that the wait time can get a little long at times, but in comparison to Quest and other labs I have gone to, the wait time is minimal. read more
