Went up to pay and put my registered number in there. I was not able to get to my email with the coupon so I thought they would have that there when I put in my number. He said it wasn't and that it had to load to a card or something like that. Which is new to me because up until recently that had never been an issue. In fact associates always seemed to automatically know without being shown anything. Regardless, he had no right to be so rude. Totally unacceptable in my book. Wish I could give a zero. After waiting out the standard pharmacy closure until 2:15 PM, we pulled up to the window. We were completely ignored for approximately 10 minutes before an employee finally acknowledged us. The female staff member on duty was immediately hostile. When I provided my mother's name, she rudely told me the prescription was not ready. When I explained that we received a text notification, she explicitly called me a liar, stating that my claim was untrue. She aggressively told me to come back in 10 minutes or tomorrow. When I asked if I could wait, she snapped, "What do you want to do?" forcing me to drive back around the building and wait in the queue all over again.This behavior is entirely unacceptable. Being called a liar by a staff member while trying to collect necessary medication, especially in front of my daughter, violates basic customer service standards and professional ethics.I request that a District Manager or Store Manager investigate this specific employee's conduct during the 2:15 PM shift today. I expect a formal response detailing how this matter is being handled, as well as an explanation for why the automated notification system is out of sync with store readiness.

The store looks like a bomb went off inside - empty shelves, clutter, carts and bins of merchandise just sitting in the aisle for days at a time. The cash register at the front of the store has been broken for over a year, so you have to always check out at the photo counter. It's just a dump. There is a collection of old, junk cars in their parking lot that they let people live in, sell drugs out of, turn tricks....wtf knows what's going on. Broken windows, flat tires, random people wandering around, yelling at all hours of the night. Went in to get a flu shot and after waiting in line for over 20 minutes. Get to the front of the line, I'm told to check in by scanning a QR code. 'I don't want to scan the QR code. Can't you just check me in?' 'No, scan the QR code or no shot.' And I guess at this point I just sort of had it, and left. Sorry I'm not interested in scanning your code so that Walgreens can get all the data off my phone and sell it to 3rd parties. You just watched me stand here for 20 minutes....you seriously can't check me in on your computer? You're telling me that no old folks walk in here and don't have smart phones? Get real, and get f'd. It sucks because this place is literally right next door and convenient - I go there almost daily, but at this point I'm done with this store.

I have seen all the updates and makeovers and will stay with them as long as they are there. I have had some tough technicians and some amazing technicians. Right now, every single person working in there are incredible humans and treat us with respect and kindness. To name a few, Ethan, Kimberly, Reese, Sadie and Angela. I have been in a long line and have watched some customers berate the pharmacists and the pharmacy technicians. These people have been yelled at through the gate because they closed and the customer missed getting in there on time. Thank you for all you do! Every single time I go in, my scripts are ready and I'm always met with a smiling face. When I need to call something in, I always get a friendly voice. The new price is basically $5.00 for 8, so I guess the price per bagel has gone up, but what hasn't. HERE IS THE BIG NEWS! THE BAGELS ARE NOW WATER BOILED! I saw the big sign on the wall, "water boiled". What that means is they're more like real bagels like you would find in an actual bagel shop, a more dense and chewy bagel, yeah like New York, I guess, even though I've never been. The previous bagels were basically fluffy beard donuts! Costco ended their association with Einstein's bagels (the bread donut ones) and now makes their own using water boiling before baking at each store. I tried them and, whoa, what a difference, it way better. Maybe not totally as good as an actual bagel shop, but way better than what they had before. I used to avoid Costco bagels, but not any more.
