first off, i want to highlight my experience with Toni, one of the personal trainers. i came in…read moreand he was doing a 1 minute plank = 5 minutes of stretching session. max 3 minutes. he displayed professionalism throughout my session with him. i've been a member at life time in the past in another state and had a great experience. this location is just as good, if not better. staff are friendly and helpful and the gym has a lot of amenities. the weight room can get packed during peak hours but they are closed until midnight which is nice for anyone who chooses to workout late. they have towels, shampoo, mouth wash, hair spray, hair dryers, shaving cream and razors, and deodorant in the locker rooms. the price is definitely worth it if you use the amenities.

Attendants are lifting up treadmill machines and cleaning under them. This PF is no different. Clean as a whistle. The attendants are very friendly and accommodating. If you want to get into shape and stay in shape, PF is a great place to go. They do have on site trainers to help and motivate you. I am a Black Card member so I can take advantage of all the perks, massage beds, aqua body massage, tanning , etc. I would recommend this PF if you are thinking about getting fit.

Then while helping me he answers the phone and starts talking, no excuse me for a moment or anything. Then another lady comes in and he starts talking to her to help her. I always see them busying themself cleaning or inspecting equipment as well. for example every time I am at the gym I see a young black man with hair that comes down a bit past his forehead meticulously check equipment so it makes me feel like the gym is extra safe! the staff is so approachable that if i did not know how to use a piece of equipment , i would know i could ask them for help. everything is always so clean and well kept. this location in particular is why i will keep my membership as i have been to many other PF that are not clean and have mean staff. love this gym so much
