*pre-covid review* I had hurt my back around the beginning of 2019 (thanks, bad posture) and could NOT move, it was bad! I knew I needed to find a chiropractor to help me get fixed up and back to my old self. One of my friends and old coworkers recommended Dr. Meyers to me so I found him online and scheduled my appointment. I saw Dr. Meyers at Omega at least once a week for a few months, the only reason I had to stop going was because I had some unexpected financial and car troubles pop up. Every time I would leave an appointment I felt better than before. He was great at demonstrating and explaining the necessary exercises needed to help strengthen and help protect against further injury to my back and neck. Not only was he great, his receptionist was just lovely! I don't remember her name sadly but she was a blond woman and I loved getting to chat with her before and after my sessions. I never had any issues here and would recommend Omega Chiropractic to any of my friends who are looking for a chiropractor in the Triangle. As someone who trains regularly and balances work and family life, staying pain-free is important to me. I came to Omega Chiropractic Center with hip and back pain from heavy training and have been seeing Dr. Tri for about a year now. The difference has been night and day -- better mobility, no more knee pain from old injuries, and significantly less tension during workouts. My lifts feel smoother and recovery is much faster. Dr. Tri takes a very thoughtful and holistic approach and really listens to what's going on with your body. The office itself is clean, welcoming, and runs efficiently -- scheduling is easy and the staff are always friendly. Great option whether you're an athlete or just want to feel better day to day. read more

Dr Myers is great. Especially when you listen to his advice! I highly recommend him and if I lived closer I'd be a member at his gym.

I absolutely love it here! I have always had back and neck issues from a previous injury, but I've never found a chiropractor that incorporates PT and specializes in athletes until finding Omega Chiro. I'm so thankful my friend referred me because it has made a HUGE difference and I'm feeling so much more flexible in my day-to-day activities. The staff is also super friendly and I always look forward to my appointments! I also love that Dr. Myers sets up a treatment plan for you because he truly wants you to get better rather than making you come back into the office every week. read more

They treat you like a whole person and really listen to your concerns in order to give you the best care possible. The only chiropractor I'll consider using for myself and my family. I have seen a number of Chiropractors, including a few who do soft tissue work as well. Dr. Meyers excels at both skeletal adjustments, as well as utilizing graston to break up soft tissue and assist in mobilization. I recommend him to anyone serious is athletics and weightlifting, as my performance has skyrocketed since becoming a client. read more

Great Chiropractic care. Dr. Tri Meyers excels at both preventive care and helping address and fix the nagging injuries and issues that inevitably come up. I've found Dr. Meyers' Chiropractic care and use of the Graston technique to be extremely beneficial for helping resolve numerous muscle strains and joint pain. The Sports Performance part of the company name is highly appropriate as well, as Dr. Meyers understands athletes and knows exactly what they need to help them stay in peak condition for their activities, whether it's running, CrossFit, triathlons, soccer, swimming, etc. He's also great at providing specific exercises that will help prevent injuries, correct muscle weaknesses and imbalances, and increase specific sports performance. read more

Best chiropractor ever! I've been a patient here for years and would not go anywhere else! The staff is professional, educated and caring, and Dr. Myers is amazing. He listens closely to whatever issues are going on and gets me back on my feet every time read more

Dr. Meyers and his staff are fantastic. I have been seen for routine adjustments through both of my pregnancies and have always appreciated the knowledge Dr. Meyers has for providing care through pregnancy and postpartum. I can typically get an appointment whenever I need it, even on short notice. My experiences with Omega Chiropractic have been great and I highly recommend to my friends and family. read more

This place is great. I came in with some inner knee pain and Dr. Meyers really helped. What really sets Dr. Meyers apart is that he doesn't only adjust your body, but gives you exercises to build stability in the joint. I have been involved in many sports over the years and my body has seen better days, but Dr. Meyers has really educated me on balancing strength and flexibility. My weights in the weight room have gone up and my pain has decreased. Thanks! read more

Dr Meyers has fixed my aches and pains over and over again. And more than just that he always tells me why I'm hurting, how to avoid making it worse, and gives me homework to make it better. read more

I came in to see Dr. Meyer about a peculiar injury I sustained from weightlifting. It was somewhere near my bicep, but it wasn't painful to the touch and only hurt while moving my arm through a certain range of motion. Regardless, Dr. Meyer performed the Graston Technique on my entire arm and I felt much better in just 2 sessions. It's easy to get an appointment and his staff is great. Highly recommend! read more

Tri is the ideal chiro. He is a great and honest person. He not only gets you feeling better right away, but he helps you work on your strength so you are not dependent on treatment, like many other chiros. I have been to many in the area and he is the best by far. read more

Dr. Tri Myers has been my chiropractor for about two years and I love him! I've come in with back pain and shoulder pain as well as just needing some overall work done. He has wide realm of tools and understanding of the body and mechanics. He's very understanding and personable. While it "hurts sooo good", he's awesome at gaging how much to crank on you. Vera at the front desk is also a riot and a wonderfully entertaining! They are great at getting you in very quickly! Check them out! read more

Dr Myers is an awesome clinician. Targets the problem areas and gives "homework" to reduce problems between visits. Positive, professional atmosphere. I highly recommend Omega Choropractic. read more

From the initial phone call to schedule my appointment, my experience has been incredible. I have a prior shoulder injury that has resurfaced due to a new workout regimen and I did not want to go back to the orthopedist and have more Cortizone shots. When I walked in to Dr. Myers's office I could barely raise my arm above my head. After one visit with him, I was able to not only lift my arm above my head later in the day but actually hold weight in it at the same time. As a registered nurse I felt his assessment was thorough, accurate, and relevant. read more

Dr. Myers got me out of pain but ignored the fact that I specifically asked him not to crack my neck due to migraines and neck issues that orthopedic doctors and neurologists have told me not to have done. They were right -- on my second visit he decided to ignore my request and cracked my neck -- I had a migraine for two days plus and the tinnitus issue that was quiet for two straight days came back with a vengeance. I don't know if it was what he did with my neck (I originally saw him for a knee problem) but I won't return to him. He may be nice and honest and doesn't want you to depend on medication or treatments but I can't depend on him to listen to my requests. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Myers since 2009 and he has always done a great job. In the beginning it was typical maintenance then I was in a car accident and it became essential. Dr. Myers and Lisa are always so accommodating with my schedule and are very comforting even when I was in the worst pain. Now that my treatment from my accident is complete I am able to resume intense workouts and live life as I did before, but not without getting my monthly tune up! :-) read more

Having been to several other chiropractors, PT's, acupuncturists, and massage therapists, I've realized there are very few practitioners who go above and beyond to help their patients. Dr Meyers, is one of those few. He almost functions as both a personal trainer and a chiropractor, coaching me through exercises to ensure I am doing them correctly so that I can fix the root causes of my issues, not just treat the symptoms while I am there. He treats the body as a whole, rather than as separate parts, and looks for muscular and postural imbalances that play major roles in everyday life -- much more than I ever thought possible. I have recommended him to several of my friends and would recommend him to anyone else who asked! read more

I can't thank Dr, Myers and Lisa enough for such a wonderful chiropractic experience. I've been to dozens of different chiropractors in my life and Dr. Myers is one of the best! My appointments start on time, they are quick, but never rushed. And most importantly my back, hips, and knees are in the best condition they've been in years. If you are looking for a chiropractor I highly reccomend Omega Chiropractic Center. read more

I've been going to Omega Chiropractic for several years now, and have finally stopped going to him due to his office's complete lack of accurate billing. If you go see him make sure you pay him before you walk out whether they ask for it or not. read more
