Greetings! I can't say enough about Betr Health! Dr. Ferro's vision and leadership have created a…read moreprogram that truly changes lives. After a hysterectomy caused a severe hormonal imbalance, I gained over 70 pounds and found myself at risk for high blood pressure and diabetes. I also suffered for years with insomnia, hot flashes, night sweats, and constant exhaustion. Prescription hormones and weight-loss drugs only made things worse, causing hair loss, vision issues, and other harsh side effects. I felt completely stuck and at my wits' end--until I found Betr. I started the program on October 13th, and I've already lost 15 pounds and feel better than I have in years. The daily support from coaching calls (thank you, Coach Carolyn), Zoom sessions, and the Betr AI app has been incredible. Head Coach Sarah has also been a blessing--she encouraged me to add sage tea, turmeric tea, and ground flaxseed to help with my hormonal imbalance, and it has greatly reduced my hot flashes and night sweats, improved my sleep, and boosted my overall well-being. If you're struggling with weight challenges, hormonal imbalance, high blood pressure, diabetes risk, or just feeling discouraged about your health, I truly encourage you to consider Betr Health. This program has been life-changing for me--shifting my mindset to see food as medicine--and I believe it can transform your journey, too. I'm genuinely grateful for this program. A big thank you to Dr. Ferro, Coach Carolyn, Coach Sarah, and the entire Betr Health team. Well done! -Dr. Lisa Harris

Life-changing. I've been going around all these years thinking that I wasn't very limber, thinking…read morethat you're supposed to wake up with stiff joints and tight muscles, but it doesn't have to be like that. Working with Dr. Bill, I've addressed pain I didn't realize I was carrying. My daily headaches are gone. My feet used to give me trouble if I stood or walked too long; now they no longer ache. I can turn my head to check my blindspot while driving without having to turn my shoulders! My pain is gone and my range of motion is better than ever. My lower-back pain (due to years of sitting like a potato) is resolved. He also showed me the right (and easier) way to sit with proper posture. It's an incredibly simple fix, but it's not obvious until you've been shown by an expert. In some ways, I feel better than I did when I was 20! haha It does take some work. Dr. Bill will show you how to do a number of highly targeted exercises and you'll be expected to do them between sessions (as best you can, but he'll also share videos with you so you can continue to improve on them). But the amazing thing is that the exercises are designed to help me at my level, so even though they require some work, I don't feel fatigued like I used to feel whenever I tried to work out. I feel energized, which is amazing if that's how most people feel after exercise, because that's new to me. If you're thinking - yeah, yeah, but my pain isn't that bad - maybe you're right. But pain is really the last indicator that something is off, so if you're at the pain-stage, then it's something that already needs addressing. It's like when a car's tires are unbalanced. Sure, it can drive from A to B, but after a while the unevenness will catch up to it, and it'll start having bigger issues than if you had just balanced the tires at the start. On top of the exercise routine Dr. Bill has shown me, I've had cupping, which is way more beneficial than I could've imagined, and dry-needling, similar to acupuncture. In general, Dr. Bill likes to use a balanced and client-specific approach, so you'll get a solution that fits your highly unique situation, and not some cookie-cutter program. It costs money, for sure, but it's a pretty standard rate for the service he provides. Not to mention, the service and the results are by far better than anything I've gotten anywhere else. Like I said above, life-changing.

I've appreciated his enthusiasm as I progressed in my therapy to eliminate back and hip pain. I'm so grateful I found Dr Bill. He is the only PT I'll go to now.

After my experience with this office, I have serious concerns regarding the professionalism and…read moreleadership of the office manager. Whether you are a current patient, prospective patient, current employee, or someone considering employment here, I believe it is important to share my firsthand experience. During my nearly two years at this clinic, I repeatedly observed inconsistent management, poor communication, and a workplace culture that often felt divided rather than collaborative. In my experience, employees were not always held to the same standards, resulting in what appeared to be favoritism and inconsistent enforcement of workplace policies. This negatively affected morale, teamwork, and trust among staff. I witnessed the office manager frequently making negative and highly inappropriate comments about both current providers and former providers as well as discussing current or former staff members. Office management has crossed all boundaries and lines. They would try to obtain information from staff rather than directly speaking with providers. Staff who had no knowledge of the situation were instructed by office management to not discuss this with the provider and said: "Do not mention it to them, then." More unwelcoming comments such as speaking negatively on providers who no longer work in the office stating they fired a medical assistant because they were "fat" or stating they asked out an MA "that was around your age" is not what I asked to hear nor what we were discussing in the first place whatsoever. These comments were unrelated to the discussion taking place and involved sensitive information regarding a provider and former employees. It also caused me to question how providers and staff may be discussed when they are not present. This has contributed to an extremely offensive and humiliating workplace environment. I also witnessed many incidents in which the office manager was speaking to a provider in a highly unprofessional manner, including raising their voice, rolling their eyes, and abruptly ending the conversation without resolving the issue. In my opinion, this behavior created unnecessary tension and discouraged productive communication between leadership and providers. One of the most concerning incidents I observed by the office manager involved patient information carelessly being left visible on an unattended desk with the office door open during clinic hours. I felt compelled to cover the paperwork and close the door myself because I believe protecting patient information should be second nature in any healthcare setting. I found this inconsistent with the level of professionalism and confidentiality patients should expect from a medical office, especially the office manager. I also observed situations where inappropriate comments made by certain employees about providers were not addressed by management, while other employees appeared to receive much closer scrutiny. Likewise, I witnessed occasions where staff were encouraged to file HR complaints over relatively minor issues that could have been handled through routine management, yet more significant concerns involving favored employees did not appear to receive the same response. This inconsistency raised concerns for me about office management targeting certain staff, displaying favoritism, and highly unfair treatment. Over time, I watched over 7+ former staff members leave and complain specifically about management, yet nothing has been done with our office management. Former staff have said they felt racially discriminated against, bullied, were told highly offensive and inappropriate jokes, harassed, manipulated, and were talked negatively about, but no action has been taken despite their complaints being filed and documented. Patients deserve to receive care in an environment where professionalism, confidentiality, respectful communication, and accountability are consistently demonstrated. Based on my own firsthand observations and experience, I cannot recommend this office!!!
