She has been our primary caregiver for the last 3 years and I have yet to find another that rivals her knowledge and desire to comfort. My family and I have been traveling all over the US for the last 9 months and even though we occasionally have to find chiropractic care in different parts of the country, I haven't found anyone that makes us feel as healthy and cared for as Puja does. She has helped my eldest daughter with an injury, my middlest with ear infections, and my son with the normal bumps and bruises life gives a healthy four year old. She has also kept me in top running shape :) If you have pain of any kind, injuries, need help with your diet, sleeping, or general well-being, or are an athlete who knows that chiropractic care is necessary for achieving optimum health, then Dr. Puja Wentworth is definitely the way to go. Her cutting edge technology and knowledge coupled with her desire to help each and every person that walks through her door makes her an invaluable part of your health care team. Even if you don't have any specific pain, I highly suggest seeking her care, preventative maintenance is always a good choice!

Dr. Milham has explained to me about healing the area of pain instead of quick fixes. I would definitely recommend this. Great staff. I am back to regular walks hitting a four mile mark. I've injured my right knee three times. The first time in 1979 for an MCL tear I was put into a…read morefull length cast from top of ankle to top of thigh. Second time in 2018 I had a partial ACL tear, meniscus and MCL injury. Had arthroscopy surgery done, plus physical therapy and rehab took 10 months to recover. I was able to return to snow skiing 11 months after the injury. Third time in 2024 I twisted my knee on a slippery surface and weakened it. Dr. Bob did an x-ray and observed scar tissue and unevenness of my cartilage. Given my previous experience of knee injury 'solutions' and my goal to return to snow skiing in 6 months I chose the non-evasive solution that Dr. Rob recommended. After eight weeks of treatment I returned to my exercise routine that includes a downhill ski machine and body weight exercises. (vshred.com move program). I've been able to do any previous activities, hiking, biking, for the first time mountain biking at age 70, yard chores including raking, shoveling and even removing tree roots. No problems with my knee after Dr. Bob's treatment. That restricting mobilization is not a solution. In my first injury (1979) the atrophy was worse than the injury. Today they would never use the same method of putting an MCL injury in a cast. Having arthroscopic surgery (2018) did help but the recovery was long. After 1 year I was able to return to snow skiing, achieving my previous activity level. Now with Dr. Bob the importance of staying mobile and active plus his non-evasive treatment has shortened the recovery time. The technology and awareness of new methods has improved greatly and I'm thankful for that! I highly recommend Dr. Bob (and Sara his wife) to treat knee injuries. they have been a pleasure to work with and I've added to the current treatment his functional medicine approach. Dr. Bob is a leader in the non-evasive treatment world, and I appreciate his and Sara's excellent care. Others my age are getting knee replacements, I'm going skiing!

You can tell they all really care about each client and are truly passionate about helping people. I think the word "vibes" has officially been overused at this point but I can't find another way to articulate that this place has great vibes. It just does. I've been working specifically with Amanda for about a month now and always look forward to my appointments with her. She's extremely knowledgeable, helpful and so easy to talk to. Their gym is clean, quiet and has everything you could want in one place (even that weighted thing you push around on the fake grass if that's your jam). Every time I go to Chain Effect, either Honey or Letty are at the front welcoming people and always share in your excitement of the progress that's being made, whether it's PT or nutrition. So glad I found this place and highly, highly recommend!

Upon arrival, the clinic was totally COVID safe, and measures are taken very well. I used to take physiotherapy sessions in the UK, and I needed to continue them in the USA. I was fortunate to meet Taylor; he is very friendly and explained everything in simple terms that I could understand. Personal opinion Taylor was one of the best physiotherapists I ever encountered; he diagnosed and treated the first session's problem. The issue was having pain in my right shoulder and continue to my figures. We tried dry needles and other treatments. I highly recommend the treatments at the clinic. Yousef,

She replied saying that I should hear shortly with that information. It is now the end of August and have yet to hear from the practice, I was curious and googled to see the most recent reviews, and found out that the practice is actually closing all together from one of the patients that also left a review. I paid for a 6k package which included insertion and removal of the balloon and supposedly nurse f/u visits and nutritionist appts for 12 months. All appts have been cancelled by the practice without any warning. I have texted Dr. McGowan, called the office and the numbers no longer work. I even messaged him on two of his IG accounts. I am now having to find a new practice and spend more money to have the Orbera removed hopefully in October, Since the Orbera is only recommended to have in place for 6 months. If you google "Daniel Masselli VS True You Weight Loss, PLLC" You can see that Dr. McGowan has been in a lawsuit before. This is extremely unprofessional and already started seeking help from an attorney.

Gherelin is responsible for the food thoughts many of us have even when not hungry. Coupling fundus ablation with endoscopic gastric sleeve (again done via an endoscope thought he mouth not with surgical cutting through the abdomen) is what True You calls EG-Max. I've done this recently and can say it is a very easy recovery- one week tops of being extremely tired and a bit uncomfortable- at night in particular. After 2 weeks, I feel like I've broken through the clouds and am on my way to better health. The office is clean, and the nurses/staff are very professional. Then there is Dr. McGowan- a picture of youthful health, determination, empathy and smarts. This is a big undertaking financially and physically, but he reward is that in a month you are well on your way to a completely new life. The weight loss continues and unlike with traditional dieting, where you wear down and your resolve starts slipping (gherelin is largely responsible for this) you feel like a thin healthy person naturally probably feels. You don't clean your plate- you come to experience for the first time wha the Japanese call "hari bachi bu"- eating less than being full. Over time this is a virtuous cycle of you pair it with nourishing, high fiber, unprocessed, whole foods and get off what Doug Lisle PhD calls The Pleasure Trap- hyper palatable foods requiring our minds and stomachs for more addictive foods. You start sleeping better and that has major benefits for appetite as well- especially for taste for healthier foods. My biggest regret is that this was not available years ago but no regrets. I'm just happy to be on the path to perfect health. My weight was the only thing in my life that was a drag. Now I've taken the proper steps to address it. GLP-1 meds are modern miracles but didn't work great for me. And you have to be on them for life. So that is $12,000/yr for life. No thank you!
