Amazing service and hospitality. They make good hookah using Khalil mamoun, so you know you're getting a good smooth smoke. Their bread with cheese is sooo delicious and worth the wait. They make it fresh. Their drinks are good too. I had tuekish coffee and my husband had the Balkan old fashioned and their Serbian brandy. Both are great. The decorations are so pretty and totally create an awesome vibe.

Ambiance was beautiful. Bartender was super nice and attentive, extremely impressed. I am so happy they have a marketing team standing out on the street to attract you in, they were incredible. I don't leave reviews often, but their food and service was too good!!!!!!!!!! I'll keep coming from Minnesota to here!

Rakija Lounge in Miami is a must-visit! Incredible food, amazing ambience, and staff -- Josefa, Tamara, Daniela, Elena, Otto, and owner Maria -- go above and beyond. Every bite and every moment there is unforgettable! Mnogo van hvala!

The look: There's outside seating under a giant tropical umbrella... very much a miami vibe with beautiful faux pink flowers and a carrribbean bar. From the beginning I'm greeted, the server and even the bar tender were attentive the while time. Now, food is the important thing I liked. I decided to try to Balkan burger (pljeskavica) and they had ayvar and kaymak Haven't eaten this since I was in Belgrade The kaymak melted onto the pita-like bread and over the pljeskavica..sooo delicious indeed. If you haven't tried Serbian, Bosnian or former Yugoslavian food.. I suggest pljeskavica, cevali, and the karadjordjeve (which is a schnitzel.. I prefer it with kaymak on top) which they have I gotta come back for it Now I didn't ask or didn't look for it. But you should try Rakija... they even serve it hot on the cold winters..

Came here for breakfast and had a classic eggs breakfast--simple, good, and just right to start the day. The real star though? The mimosa, absolutely top-notch!

We were in the area for hookah, so when we saw this place decorated for the holidays we had to go in. The night we arrived, it was very cold so it was a plus that they had heaters on site. We were greeted by Tatiana who was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She was very nice and informative. We were seated at the booth, fire heater present near us. The place was covered in holiday decor. It was very festive to just and enjoy all of that. We ordered a hookah and a few warm drinks as it was chilly. The only minor concern was that the service was slow. We waited a little while to get our cheque.

Chilled at the hotel attached and loved it how lucky to have fresh delicious seafood just a hop skip away! The drinks were great too! The service was so attentive they greeted me each time I saw them in the lobby, so I knew I had to stop in, and I was so glad I did!

This place is real gem. They were very nice to my vegan friend ,uštipci and humus satisfy her hunger. I am a big "gurman" , ordered lots of stuff from their menu and all I can say ,Bravo! Highest level of Balcan food plus they have so many items on menu for every taste. Eggs Benedict were perfect. Food is fresh ,ambient is so nice. Stuff is fast and very kind ,specially Lejla.

Love this place. Food is delicious. Beautiful coffee - authentic. Definitely can recommend for people familiar with Balkan food or if you never tried it before! It's so worth it! Thank you Rakija team for having us. We will be back next time in Miami.

By the end of our meal we said this place "served its purpose." All the food was good but didn't stand out. The tiki bar is cute and they play fun upbeat music. There was no wait which was nice and they serve breakfast til 1pm which seems to be out of the norm in South Beach.

    Cevapcici

I often come to this restaurant to eat specifically Serbian food, which is always very delicious! The menu has a variety of food options, but it includes a lot of Serbian dishes. My absolute favorite is Cevapcici (in the photo I tagged), which are little grilled Serbian sausages. I always ask to have them cooked well done, and the result is super tasty! I also recommend the Serbian salad, which is a cucumber, tomato, onion, and feta cheese salad. Simple and very yummy! The prices in the restaurant are mostly reasonable. For example, for five pieces of Cevapcici, you pay $15, which is quite a lot of food and very filling. This restaurant also has a small Happy Hours menu during the day with items like calamari for $8. The only negative I can mention is that they do not offer soda refills. You pay $4 for one small can of soda, which is crazy. I hope that one day they will offer fountain drinks with free refills. In general, the restaurant looks nice and is always clean. All the staff who work there are friendly, many speak Serbian, and they come from the Balkans. So when you speak to the waiters about food, they absolutely know what to recommend. The restaurant is located only one block away from the beach in the heart of South Beach, making it very easy to find. One last thing I want to mention is the annoying 18% tip that is automatically included in your bill. Many restaurants on South Beach have this policy, and I believe it is not right, even though the service here is always very good. I believe that every single person should have a choice of how much to tip. Otherwise, I absolutely recommend visiting this restaurant.

The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor patio with a fun South Beach vibe, and I can see why so many people enjoy spending time there. I ordered the avocado toast, which was fresh but fairly ordinary and lacked the flavor I was hoping for. It was good, just not memorable. Overall, The Social Club is worth visiting for the atmosphere, drinks, and people-watching, but I expected more from the food. Unfortunately, neither lived up to expectations. We started with the "jumbo" wings, which were anything but jumbo. We received only flats, and they were some of the smallest wings I've ever been served. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were told the manager would take 50% off the order. However, when the bill arrived, we were informed that the manager had already left and the discount could no longer be honored. Instead, we were given only the $4 happy hour discount, despite being promised otherwise. For our entrées, we ordered the brisket sandwich and the half chicken. Neither was worth ordering. The chicken lacked the crispy texture it was advertised to have, and the brisket was bland and without flavor. The sandwich was also supposed to come with truffle fries, but instead we were served cold, plain fries. After mentioning it, the solution was to bring us a side of truffle oil and Parmesan cheese and ask us to mix it ourselves. The service was equally disappointing. We asked our server twice for drink refills, but she never brought them. We eventually had to flag down another server just to get our beverages refilled. Overall, this was a frustrating dining experience from start to finish. Between the poor-quality food, unfulfilled promises regarding the bill, and inattentive service, this restaurant fell well below the standard I would expect from a Miami establishment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the current level of food quality and customer service is simply unacceptable. and quality is embarrassing for miami.

We chose it to celebrate our first wedding anniversary on the 4th of July, and it did not meet the bar, not on the food, and certainly not on hospitality. I have had better service at a casual bistro, and I genuinely don't understand how this place earned a star and the reviews that come with it. We did the nine-course tasting. To be fair, several courses were genuinely good. The yellowtail (course 1) and the oyster (course 2) were strong openers. The gusher (course 5), built around jalapeño, was a highlight, and the truffle popper was excellent. A few others were close but undercut by a heavy hand: the agnolotti was very good on its own, but the cream was so rich and so excessive that it buried the dish. The wagyu was fine once I set the sauce aside, though the cut itself lacked the marbling and melt you'd expect from real wagyu. From there it fell apart. The halibut was so overcooked we couldn't eat it. The foie gras was served cold and rock solid, impossible to spread on the toast as instructed, when it should have been brought to a soft, butter-like texture beforehand. The dessert was overwhelmingly sweet. The cocktails had the same problem. I ordered a tomato cocktail that should have been savory and instead came out cloying, over-sweetened with sweet vermouth and yellow chartreuse to the point that the savory character was lost entirely. The hospitality was worse than the food. I noted in our reservation that we were celebrating our first anniversary. The maître d' said "happy anniversary" when we arrived, and that was the beginning and end of it. At a starred restaurant, on an occasion you've flagged in advance, you'd expect a little more care. Instead our server was absent for most of the night. We had to flag down other staff simply to order more drinks, and we ordered four cocktails and two glasses of wine over the evening, so the fault wasn't a quiet table. The most telling moment was the recovery, or the total absence of one. When we sent back the inedible halibut, the server said it shouldn't have happened and moved on. Nothing followed. At this level, how a kitchen and floor handle a mistake matters more than the mistake itself. A comped course, or even a small pour of wine or champagne, is the expected gesture. We were offered nothing. The room didn't help. The restaurant was nearly empty, and the air conditioning was running so cold that I was uncomfortable for much of the meal. There were bright spots, and I want to be fair about them. But for a starred, tasting-menu experience, and for an anniversary we chose this place to mark, the evening fell short on nearly every measure a star is meant to represent. I'd encourage anyone looking for a special meal to consider one of Miami's other Michelin spots instead.

Happy hour clocks in at $12 for food, $12 for all house cocktails, $10 spritzes, and a flat $6 for all beer, which in Miami Beach feels almost suspicious in the best way possible. I kept it simple with an ice cold Peroni while my wife went for the Giardino 75, a gorgeous little spritz built on Empress Indigo Gin, St. Germain, mint, lime, and prosecco. She loved it. The color alone was worth the ten bucks, but it actually drank as good as it looked. For food we shared the Bolognese Grilled Cheese and let me tell you, this thing punches well above its $12 price tag. Thick cut brioche toast, griddled until the edges go deep golden brown, stacked over a rich slow simmered bolognese with cheese pulling through every bite. Dusted with parmesan and fresh herbs, plated with cherry tomato skewers that added a nice little pop of acidity. Comfort food dressed up for a night out. Service was attentive and easy, drinks came quick, plates came hot, and nobody made us feel rushed even sitting through happy hour. The room itself has that playful Sicilian energy with the Moor head planters and bright touches throughout, which fits the vibe of the menu perfectly. Would I make a special trip back to Miami Beach for it? Probably not from Fort Myers, but if you're already in the area during happy hour, this is one of the better values you'll find on the beach. Solid four stars. Good drinks, good food, great specials, and service that actually showed up.

We stopped in mid-afternoon for a late lunch and were greeted right away. The hostess offered patio or indoor seating and thoughtfully let us know there was active construction nearby that would make the patio pretty noisy the entire time. That honesty was appreciated, we chose to sit inside so we could actually enjoy conversation. The space itself is beautiful, quaint, colorful, and perfectly in tune with that relaxed Miami Beach, art deco vibe without feeling overwhelming. It instantly felt like a calm beachside escape. When our server came over, I asked about gluten-free options. The menu had an indication of gluten-free options available but he went a step further and explained they offer a gluten-free bagel-style bread substitute, which made navigating the menu so much easier. I ordered the avocado with poached eggs (served on the gluten-free bagel thin), and it was incredible. The eggs were cooked perfectly, yolk bursting just right, and topped with fresh arugula and herbs that made every bite flavorful and fresh. Presentation was just as beautiful as the taste. My coworker had the grilled cheese and fries and loved every bite as well. Food came out quickly, everything was delicious, and the experience felt easy and thoughtful from start to finish. Huge bonus: they serve brunch-style options all day until 4pm, which is perfect when you're traveling or craving breakfast at unconventional hours. Finding a spot like this in the heart of Miami Beach on a Wednesday afternoon felt like a win. We would absolutely come back!
