This restaurant is absolutely STUNNING. I've never seen anything like it. You'll have to come here to feel the vibe - it is so inviting and fun. Also, the DJ was crazy good. We ordered the aroa labneh, assorted bread, mouneh, Atlantic oysters, beet salad, and the red snapper dish. Everything was so light and we were sooo pleased with the flavors. The snapper was the best fish I've ever had... I'm not kidding. We all are talking about how good it was even this morning. Unforgettable dish and decent portion size as well. We did order the filet mignon and asked for a cook of medium rare but it came out very well done. For the price, I expected a cook to perfection so I sent it back. Someone brought out the steak and set it on the table and stated it was a medium steak, it just wasn't what we asked for and not enough pink so we just cancelled at that point. To make up for it though, they comped a round of drinks for us which was so thoughtful. I must say service was friendly but it felt like a lottttt of waiting. Waiting for drinks 20 minutes or more (every round) and because it was so loud in there I don't think the server could hear a lot of what we were saying. Somehow the bread and oysters we ordered were lost so we had to reorder them. We would ask for drinks and we would have to ask again for them 10-15 minutes later. Just a lot of waiting and having to repeat ourselves and our orders throughout the night. We weren't in a rush to go anywhere else so this was fine and we were chilled about the whole situation. Overall Fabel is relatively nice. Fabel is a totally outdoor clubstaurant located in Wynwood with a design to make you feel that you are in a beach club. There are some observations to consider in case we return for a third time. We have been there twice... at different hours, in a different occasion, and experiencing a different vibes. First visit was on a regular weekday, 6:30pm. The place was totally empty since usually it gets busy after 9pm. The service that day was impeccable. The menu very extensive and the cocktail option amazing. The food was very tasty, well presented and the pacing of the plates was great. The experience was excellent. The only relevant aspect was the price. If you invite a someone special, prepare to spend between $400-$500. The second time was on St. Valentine. Due to the expected numbers of visitors, Fabel decided to cut the menu to only few options, the service felt dramatically and the quality of the food was subpar. Despite all these shortfalls of the evening, the price remained very high. In general terms, Fabel is not even close to be Wynwood's best dining option,but the food, during regular days is very good. If they are busy, both service and food will deteriorate significantly. I recommend the roast chicken, the branzino (watch the video) and the Mediterranean dips. Be aware, the background music (usually house music) gets progressively louder every hour until the ambiance get annoying. read more

The ambiance for this restaurant was beautiful! I loved the fairytale theme of the restaurant. From the uniform to the storybook formatted menu, they really stuck with the theme. The food was wonderful! Each dish has a unique taste of its own. The dips were fantastic, each with its own taste along with fresh breads. I also loved the beef carpaccio! It was my first time trying it and it was truly wonderful. The service was excellent. Our server was extremely friendly and also told us a wonderful story regarding the labneh, which is locally sourced by a woman owned business. Came here for a few drinks but stayed for the apps and atmosphere. This is a brand new rooftop next to wear No 3 social is. They call it "fabel" and go along with the story book theme. Their menu sections are even labeled as "chapters"... very cute. The rooftop is decorated beautifully with a lot of string lights. We already had dinner, so we just ordered an app. We tried the labneh, which reminded me of cream cheese consistency, with garlic and chili crisps. The bread assortment was warm, tasty, and different tecxtures and shapes. There was a twisted braid bread, a cracker bread, and a traditional soft bread. I ate the entire thing, but would try the hummus next instead because again it was basically cream cheese with spices. The reason for deducting the star was that their service was slow. We will give them grace because it was on a friday nght. I would return to try more food off the menu! read more

Breads and dips: 10/10 - so tasty, an amazing start Rosette of cobia crudo: 1000/10 - I'm a sucker for all crudo, and this one did not disappoint. Plus the presentation was beautiful. Lamb: 10/10 - cooked to perfection and more than enough for two people. Loved the addition of strawberries. Mushrooms: 8/10 - yummy, but nothing mind blowing. I was there for happy hour with a friend a couple of months ago, we wanted to try something new and were surprised by Fabel's happy hour time! From 6.30-8.30 pm. They have half-in cocktails and even include some appetizers. We decided to go for some wine, which you have glasses starting at $12 plus the half-off happy hour, which is $6 per glass! Amazing price! We had some Rosé and it was good! Now if you want cocktails, most of them are in the 20-something so even with the happy hour half off it's not like a wow happy hour We also ordered the breads to share, and were delicious! The place is beautiful! The bartender was nice but there was an event going on so it was a little hard for two bartenders to handle all that. I stumbled upon this place and loved it! Even on a Tuesday night it was a lively and vibrant ambiance. We sat on the bean bag chairs to have a drink and it was a really cool spot -- the venue is so beautiful that it's fun to sit side-by-side with a date, overlooking the restaurant. It's so beautiful it would be a great venue to rent out for an event. The servers were great and wore beautiful long dresses to match the middle eastern vibe. Really disappointed with the quality of food we were served for the price. To start we got the 3 dip spread that was very ok for $40. Very flavorless hummus and dips. The bread was very ok, nothing special. Then we went to order the red snapper, out of stock. So we split the Dorade which had a fun presentation where they light it on fire in front of you. Ends up being a pretty small white fish for two that just has lemon on it, barely any good flavor. Bones included on most bites by the head. Ordered a side of fingerlin potatoes recommended by the server which was legit a small bowl with no seasoning or flavor for $22. I an ok cook and could have done a much better job looking up any potato recipe that has spices and olive oil. Ambiance was great, Tulum vibes with the music and tiki torches. Drinks were great. Fable is of course a hot spot in Miami and not just in the hype sense but also literally. It's super hot there. The entire restaurant is outdoors. Something to keep in mind prior to reserving. Depending on where you sit you have a fan by your table which was really helpful. The service was lackluster. It took forever for us to order our meals. And although I looked at the menu prior to going I was a bit disappointed in the offerings. Iv had better hummus at a local cheap neighborhood eatery. It was ok. The dish I had was good but something I would not go back for. I find some of these restaurants really miss the mark and are drawing people in and misleading with sparkles and influencers to gain hype over their restaurant. I need these Miami restaurants to really value food, quality and provide a unique experience outside of what everyone is doing. I have never had their food, I'm sure it's amazing. The service is great at this rooftop bar, one of the best spots in Miami for date night or a night out with friends. The atmosphere gives Tulum vibes with the decor, and the main bar has the coolest reflective cover that you gotta check out! If you grace the bar, ask for Derrick, great bartender, and just a cool dude. We ordered the Tomahawk for Two which came with its own wine, sides and dessert. (An absolute steal! We added the Fairy Tale cocktail along with Green Majesty which were both amazing! The Fairy Tale, is sweet, citrusy and floral, while the Green Majesty containing pistachio was sweet and nutty in flavor. We first received raw oysters, delicious and included in the tomahawk course, and sides of fresh black bean salad with feta, spiced roasted carrots, and grilled potatoes. Then the Tomahawk, truly majestic with the perfect char, a crust basted with a hint of coriander and grilled to perfection. (We ordered Medium temperature) Everything from this restaurant pays attention to detail, and that includes the flavors, presentation and theatrics included. The tomahawk is sliced and plated in front of you, then topped with a squeeze of roasted garlic to die for! Lastly we received a baked chocolate chip cookie skillet topped with ice cream which was pretty basic but tasted good. Over 10 unanswered emails to financial guy who lives in India. When I tried to reach out for help - manager told me "don't contact me again" and owner blocked me. If you are at the Miami Open skip Fable. The tabbouleh is a vinegar heavy bean salad. When I asked the waiter, his response was, I'm no Mediterranean food expert. The hummus was just smeared around the edges of the bowl. The portions overall are just average but extremely overpriced. There was nothing to justify the prices, not the taste, quality or presentation. The Basque cheesecake was just in name only, nothing about it even remotely resembled a Basque cheesecake. This restaurant is located on the second floor of the shopping center where the Salty Donut is. You can find parking either on the street or the parking building next door. This is an open concept restaurant so it will get hot and humid, but they do a good job and will hand you a hand fan . The attention to detail in both the decor and the menu is truly impressive. I did Miami spice menu which was really good. The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations that enhanced my dining experience. A place for young, new money, and for those with more money than class. Getting here was a bit of a pain, having to go through Wynwood at prime traffic time, but whatever, the night was young. Still, kind of a pain, so plan accordingly. The ambiance is actually very cool. It's a rooftop bar/lounge/restaurant. The lighting and decor were very nice and set the mood well. We showed up, just to go to the bar after having dinner elsewhere. The bar looked great and it wasn't overly crowded. We quickly grabbed our drinks, margaritas and mojitos. The mojito was actually very, very good. Similar to one I had at Meliá Cohiba in Havana, Cuba. The Margarita was not as good, but it was good enough. That's about the extent of what was good about Fabel Miami. The music was a little overly loud (as many have complained about), which made it a little difficult to have a conversation with the person right next to you. There's certainly a younger crowd that this place attracts. Most were just sitting around, disinterested, on their phones. Their interest piqued when the fire dancer came around to each of the tables where they whipped out those same phones to record her. In their defense, she was really good. It seems like this place attracts young/new money and/or those that want to flaunt like they actually have it. You know the kind - those that see something is "expensive" and assume it's good. In my opinion, this place doesn't have the substance to warrant that and those that know, know and are likely to avoid this place. Your mileage may vary. read more

They push you to go over the bar ALL THE TIME. We arrive 20 minutes after the reservation. Inside their grace period and I called to let them know about that. They took us for the bar and let us waiting for 30 minutes before setting us and once that happened, they told we had 45 minutes to eat dinner at our reservation.
