I understand that their job is tough but they need to have more compassion if they handle this kind of duty then they look for something else . This vehicle was not in any emergency with no lights, etc., and seemed unaware of his surroundings (not moving on green light, for example). Then as it follows a vehicle in front of it, decides to stop in the middle of a long block. I'm thinking it's for some reason like a turn, but it stopped because it seemed to be letting a car that was pulling out of a luxury building driveway wanting to make a left onto the other side of traffic. The only thing is that there's traffic coming from the other side so the driveway car knows it can't make the left so waves the medical vehicle to go. The medical vehicle wouldn't move until we all waited for the other side traffic to finish which was a while. Then the medical vehicle continues driving forward. If this is how they drive, I'd be wary how they drive during emergencies. I tried calling the phone number on the vehicle, but it didn't sound like a business number with the automated answering message so I didn't get to report this, but the vehicle # is 109 and license 0A-9758 driven today.

When they FINALLY arrived I was told by their " EMT's" that I was NEVER put in their schedule and they were headed to pick someone else up until their Supervisor called them to respond to my transport. Also, please be aware you are allowed only 1 bag of your personal belongings during Transport and if you are leaving a Hospital and have some of your OWN medicine that was held by hospital pharmacy you are NOT allowed to have it on you whether it is a Life saving medicine. The driver asked the receptionist how long mom would be and was told an hour to hour and a half due to our lateness. Already upset, the driver Jackson (very nice) told us he was told to wait for us. We finished with the Dr 45 mins later to find Jackson gone. My husband searching the parking lot.....no Jackson. Finally, thinking maybe he went for something to eat maybe, we called the office to get the nasty attitude of those who answer the phone. They said although they told us he would wait, they "never guarantee" a driver waiting. I asked why they told me that and the reply? "We can send a driver out anytime".....with attitude. That they would send someone "30 to 45 mins". You guessed it.....an hour and 4 minutes. I am instructing our moms rehab to never use them again, and writing this so you don't lose your whole day because the nasty office women don't care about you.....obviously the owner doesn't either.
