I was surprised how fast you fixed it, but the charge was $76.00! Although I was not thrilled with the response that there was an additional charge for a new inner tube, I decided to let it pass. Then I noticed my cell phone holder was missing. Your representative said they couldn't find it but would continue to look for the missing part. I had to buy another holder and sent you a text requesting a refund of the cost. Since the cost was $16.00 for anew holder and the difference in the cost of the bill and the estimate was $16.00, I would appreciate a refund of $16.00. Jack, The price you were quoted is the price you paid. The remainder of your phone holder is not at our shop. As you stated, it was a fast turnaround. Your ebike was in one area of the shop and nothing was removed from the handlbars. We are remiss that you lost your item at some point... But have no fault in this. You contacted us for a job, that job was done, that is all. Perhaps it would be best for you to take your ebike to another shop going forward. We wish you the best. The bikes at Lifecycle seem pretty high end, whereas the bike they assembled for me would be mid to low, and honestly, I do have trepidation walking into high end bike shops as workers can be really snobbish. In fact, customer service in general at the moment is not the best anywhere, so my plan was just to get in and get out. And let's not forget, I wasn't paying for the service. Anyway, these guys were great, real friendly, real down to earth, and they treated me no differently than if I had been picking up a 5000 dollar bike. It is such a relief and a bright spot nowadays to be dealing with people in stores that really want to have your business, and these guys know how to make a customer feel welcome. Got the bike home and noticed a clicking in the rear wheel that I couldn't figure out, so called them and they said bring it down and they'd take care of it. That is exactly what they did. On the spot. The problem wasn't obvious and they had two or three guys looking at it, test riding it, trouble shooting it. Instead of treating it as a burden, work that wouldn't be charged for, they seemed to treat it as a challenge. So I hung out in a local cafe for a bit, they called me, I came back and picked it up, no problems since. I just can't tell you how rare it is to find people who take pride in their work, enjoy the challenge of it, and know how to make their customers feel welcome and appreciated, even, in this case, ones who are not paying a dime. Thanks guys. I would recommend you to anyone, and I will be sending a letter saying the same to the company I bought the bike from. They chose a good partner for this service in Eugene.

She has had no way to bring it in to get it fixed much less ride it. We were up visiting so I stopped by to see if they had what we needed. The young man who helped me was very friendly and went in the back to look for the parts that might work. He returned with the exact stem bolt and wedge. We were even able to pump up her tires. The Staff were amazing, Ethan spent nearly 2 hours answering all our questions and taking measurements. After an agonizing wait, I received my bike about 2 weeks ago, and I must say it's the most comfortable bike I've ever been on. I purchased the Divide with the pinion gearing and the ability to take it apart to travel with. The ride feels like a combo of beach cruiser , mountain bike and road bike.
