It was a very straightforward and easy process. Jordan advised on a system that would best suit our needs and he didn't try to up sale everything. We were able to get a low down payment and low monthly payment. There were also many perks for customers throughout the first year and the upkeep prices were more than reasonable. Jordan also gave us information about our options should we move within Texas or out of state. The installation technician, Oscar, arrived with our system later in the evening. Again very efficient work, it didn't take even an hour for Oscar to install everything. Oscar even made it look very neat under our sink, with hiding tubes yet being able to inform us of how those tubes connect and work to provide us with clean water. Oscar explained what to do in emergency situations and advised on when we should give Puragain a call for routine maintenance. He even wrote out instructions for flushing the system before we would be able to use it. I appreciated so much the awesome customer service, patience he showed and care he showed. These guys really kept communication flowing. And if there were any issues, they were resolved quickly.
