Dr. Caroline Delucia has been the most incredible Doctor anyone could ever be so blessed to have in…read moretheir life. Dr. Delucia actually takes time and spends as long as you need to go over not only your ailments, but your life as a person, she is an expert in drug addiction but not just for the short haul, but for as long as you need to get over your problems. She actually cares about every person she sees and best of all she listens, so no matter what your issue, young or old has been in the past, she should be the very first Doctor you call for any internal issues you may have. I have been sending patients to her for many years, although I go to her just for internal issues and check ups and have her watch over my children's health, I have talked with and personally seen patients in her office talk about her as if she was their life saver, also spoke with patients who have said they have been to so many other Doctors who can care less except for the money, not Dr. Delucia, she actually cares, she is a beautiful person inside and outside. Patients leave with inspiration and a new plan on life. I would recommend her for all of your internal needs for the entire family. It's not the easiest to get an appointment with her since she is so popular and well liked, but she is worth the wait.

What job title is on their badge. And thirdly, you don't even know your doctor's name. A 3 week wait for a yearly physical should have been routinely simple. Instead, the front desk duo insisted on an 85 dollar payment for an unconfirmed missed appointment. Although they claim to be in a position of billing and scheduling. They refused to rectify the situation, stating i needed to call a third-party billing department. Furthermore, they refused to allow me to speak to the primary physician about this eronous billing issue. Today was the day i fired Reliant as my primary provider. Another example of how a company fails to provide reliable healthcare do to unethical and incompetent gatekeepers.

However, today I felt very heard and seen by Edalaine Gullien (I hope I spelled her name correctly). I felt very anxious going into my appointment because I had concerns that sounded crazy saying out loud. She listened to me, explained things thoroughly and was constantly asking if I had any questions, making sure I understood what was going on. I have a follow-up in a couple weeks and I'm confident that I'll get to the bottom of whatever is going on with a team like this on my side. Every single person I interacted with today was kind and professional. I live in the Southwest area by IKEA and I'm probably going to continue driving out of my way to be seen here. ^_^

I was a member at the Hawkes Clinic a while ago. For my once a year bloodwork and physical exam it…read morewas convenient. But two years ago I decided to quit my membership. As a healthy patient with lab readings all in the normal range, I didn't really find the need to go see him other than those yearly visits. All the other months I wasn't seeing him I still paid the $60 monthly fee which amounted to $720 a year for one annual physical and bloodwork. It wasn't really cost effective. Direct primary care sounds good in theory. But having a pay per month membership fee (as opposed to a patient paying only for the services that are used) makes it a costly proposition for those who are in good health. I was basically subsidizing the cost of the people who were more regular visitors, which is the same idea as insurance (albeit with a benefit of less paperwork and bureaucracy). With the few times I did visit Dr. Hawkes the office was friendly and professional. But I found that the practice wasn't a good fit for me. Not everything he was communicating to me was accurate to my situation and I disagreed with some of his views. I would totally recommend him though for a patient who needs help treating diabetes, heart issues or any other common conditions (that don't require a specialist). If a person needs guidance from a physician in losing weight, he is the ideal person to go see.

0 STARS!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY -- THIS IS SERIOUSLY YOUR FIRST…read moreAND ONLY WARNING. This office is an absolute nightmare. The office manager, Shelly, shows a shocking lack of empathy -- which is unbelievable for someone working in healthcare. They are far more focused on money than on actually helping patients. I had just made a large payment toward my balance the week before, yet they refused to see me unless I paid even more on the spot. And they were the ones who made me schedule an appointment just to have FMLA paperwork filled out, even though I had already been seen the week prior and had just gotten out of a five-day hospital stay in severe pain. When I tried to explain that I had already paid, Shelly became confrontational instead of offering help. That set me off, and yes, we argued, because she was literally telling me to leave while I was in 10 out of 10 pain. And with nobody above her to escalate concerns to, I had nowhere to turn. They keep forcing unnecessary appointments even when I can barely make it in due to the pain I'm dealing with. It genuinely feels like they care more about billing than patient care. My experience with Dr. Keefe was just as awful -- he was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly made unnecessary comments about my weight, despite the fact that I've lost a significant amount over the past year and normally work out almost every day. I explained I couldn't work out while in 10/10 pain, and he still insisted I "should be doing it anyway." It was degrading and completely unprofessional. To make things even worse, Dr. Keefe refused to fill out my FMLA paperwork, claiming he "didn't know me well enough," even though the only reason I was seeing him was because my regular doctor is on maternity leave. When I asked what I was supposed to do, he told me to try to get my neurologist to fill it out -- even though specialists do not handle that type of paperwork. It was unhelpful, inconsiderate, and showed zero understanding of basic patient needs. I ended up having to call back about the mistreatment, and thankfully another doctor agreed to fill out the paperwork -- but I should never have had to fight that hard for something so simple while dealing with a serious medical condition. Not long after I stood up for myself about how I was treated and filed a complaint to the medical board about Dr. Keefe, they decided to discharge me as a patient. It truly feels like I was dropped simply for advocating for myself during a highly vulnerable time. This has been one of the most frustrating, dismissive, and disappointing healthcare experiences I have ever had. Luckily the doctor treating me in the hospital has a practice so I was able to get into him to help manage my condition but they show no empathy at all and just want your money!

His care for my child really stands apart from the other practitioners we've seen over the years, including the very top MAPS- certified doctors in the country. Through my journey I have gained a lot of expertise in the biomedical treatment of autism symptoms and I can say that his recommendations are the best there is. His reports are very detailed and thorough. The supplements he recommends are the very best in terms of quality, but also from the perspective of ease of administration for a child. Now, if this is your first biomedical consult, you might be overwhelmed by the number of supplements he recommends. The way I look at it is he puts everything on the table so you can take over as Dr. Mom/Dad. This saves you money. Other practitioners might make things simple by offering one supplement recommendation per visit, but you have to keep going back to pay them more. The most important thing is my child is making real progress! Family, friends, teachers and therapists are commenting that they see the difference. I'm also grateful to Dr. Nik for pushing me to try S2C. I didn't really believe him, but it turns out he was right. My child is a brilliant speller!!!!
